Simpson's Appliance Sale & Service

Needed a new to me dryer for our camp. Salesperson was warm and welcoming. In and out. We had a new dryer in 10 minutes and even got money back coming to me on our trade in. Almost too easy! Thanks folks! Excellent experience.

I had a great experience with Simpson's when they came to repair my old Kenmore washer. The service technician was friendly and professional. He had to order a part, but was able to get it working, so I could still use it until the part came in. It wasn't long until he was back, with the part, to finish fixing the washer. If, and when, I need to replace my old Kenmore I know I'll be going to Simpson's to buy another one.

Great service from Suzie in sales to Paul and the delivery guys. They went out of their way to install a stackable washer dryer in a very small closet. No one else you buy from would do that kind of installation. Have also used them for service on my stove and other appliances over the years and always happy.

They were very helpful in ordering a door part for my fridge. It came in a couple days. Excellent service!

The only people to call if you want service done on your appliances. The staff on the phone are courteous and try to get you in quickly. The technicians call when they are an hour away to make sure you can be there and they are more than fair on their pricing and repairs. A very trusted company for appliance repair.

We went in to buy a new stove and we couldn’t have been happier. The sales lady answered our questions and we found a refurbished stove that had everything we wanted and fit our budget. (An added perk is they include a one year warranty.) It was delivered within the week. They set it up for me and cleaned up the old one and I’ve been cooking and baking ever since!

I always have great service from Simpson's. They do all of the repairs on our home and rental appliances. The technicians and office staff are helpful and courteous. I would recommend!

Only place besides online I could find a minor part... All other local furniture businesses refuse to stock parts. So happy someone out there is not looking to rip you off.
