Purchased a mid level gaming system from Groovy Computers. It runs flawlessly, super fast and graphics are amazing. The build quality is top notch. The owner is fantastic to deal with, very fast replies, always helpful and very patient when dealing with someone who is not tech-saavy. I 100% recommend getting a system from this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

Purchased computer last July, computer arrived very quickly. Had a psu issue recently and contacted Groovy. I was amazed to get a reply to my email within minutes (on a weekend). They figured everything out super fast, new ups right away (better than the original). The entire time they kept in direct contact updating me along the way. Amazing computer, ever more amazing service, in my opinion that's very rare these day's.

From first contact re purchasing a system their service was prompt and professional. I am by no means technically competent and required a lot of assistance to determine what the correct configuration should be given my budget. In making an internet purchase of that expense I needed to be sure this company was legit before ordering - it became very clear as the interaction proceeded that they are indeed legit.
The system ordered was delivered as described and the post sale service has been exceptional.

Trustworthy and Top Quality Service! I was hesitant from a FB ad, but also saw top reviews on Google and contacted them. Just do it it if you aren't up for building your own or know what you need. Offered great advice and machine spec is way better and cheaper than any store bought gaming PC. Worked within our budget and was ready quickly. Had it shipped to me and was well packaged. This guy is absolutely great. He answers all your questions before and after purchase in a timely manner and explains things very well. The pc he sold me is just awesome. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever, plays everything on high and ultra with extremely high frames. If you want to buy a gaming pc, definitely do it here!

Responds quickly, everything went well with my purchase. I will say that the cable management in the back of the cases (behind the motherboard, so you won't see it unless you open the panel to get back there) could be managed better, it won't cause any issues, and it's not an issue in of its self, but would be nice buying a pre-built PC.

Other than that I had no issues, and nothing else really to say.

Bought my pc some 6 months ago or more and havent had an issue with it. Runs fast and stable. Games ive played on it run quick and flawless. Games such as American truck simulator, nascar heat 4 and fallout 4. All these on max detail. Doesnt get hot nor even warm. Service I recieved was quick and explanations were detailed and understanding. Prices are competitive to the other major retail stores and in some cases alot cheaper. Delivery through mail was quick and package came as described in discussions. Well packed and secure.
Only 1 issue I had that seems the creator of my pc has is that he forgets the power cord for the tower at times lol. Other then that I got what I asked for and in some cases more. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. But also tell them if they get a tower from him to remind him to put in a power cord lol.
