Nice people working there but they do not accept my CAA discount :(

Gentleman working the cash register kindly explained that the Circle K corporation under Shell does not accept the CAA rewards discount. But the regular Shell gas station does.

Also! There is a cardboard figure of a man dtaring out the door at this location that is creepy and funny! LOL at gas station #1, I thought I was being stared at HARD by a guy when in reality it was just a paper man 😂😂😂

I'm writing this review for my father. My dad is a taxi driver with the Waterloo Taxi, and he says this is the only gas station where he will fill his car. As a taxi driver, my father is often on the road, and once in a while, he needs a break from being in the car, which includes needing a washroom break. So you can imagine how difficult finding an available public washroom during the pandemic.

This emphasis on essential workers was often talked about (for example, the needs of nurses and firefighters), but leaving Working Drivers like taxi and truck drivers forgotten. All the gas stations across our region rejected my father and many drivers from using their washrooms.

These workers from this specific Gas Station welcomed many drivers to use their facility, and it has never been mentioned until now. This simple gratitude is a great example of helping other members who are serving the community.

I wonder, would a Gas station reject a police officer as well from using their bathroom during the pandemic? Just something to think about.

Great place. Just stopped in here for gas. They have nice location, lots of pumps and clean store.

I love this Store it’s Got all the Best Candy! And the Frosters are Great for mixed Bacardi white Rum, I usually mix up like 5 different flavours and drink half on my way home and then pour a full Mickey in side the huge size of the best in beverage in the area! My only complaint is that theRe is no secure bike Rack in front to lock up a bike while you are enjoying a fun filled night of 10 Min shopping.

Very compassionate customer service. I have been coming to this circle k for over a year now and just recently one of their courteous employee's reminded me that they had over charged me for a transaction 1 week ago. He had taken the amount I overpaid and applied to my new bill. Very good customer service for remembering customers

Nice and friendly staff and their customer service.
Really want to go again as I am happy with their service and stuff they have at the store.

Usually have full stock of snacks, staff cash your out quickly and the gas tends to be about a cent less than other places in the neighborhood.

Strange things are afoot here

The staff have always been very polite and friendly until last night! I don’t know who this employee was last night but he wasn’t in any great mood and you could tell just by the way he didn’t say thank you come again after he handed me the money from my winning scratch ticket! I mean he wasn’t rude or anything, he just wasn’t into dealing with anyone in my opinion! The reason I’m only giving it 4 stars… it’s not because of anything other than the crazy prices they’re charging, for some of the things they sell!! The place is brand new .. so it’s still shiny, inside and out! I’ve seen them advertising the “new” car wash they have attached to the gas station, with a banner pulled behind a plane!I guess when you’re blowing money like that to advertise your new car wash.. (that I might add..I’ve never seen a single car use, since I’ve been going there, for the last 6 months, or so, since they built it!) maybe then you can understand why they sell a loaf of bread for $6 (smh) I mean what store charges $5.99 for a loaf of bread anyway? It was actually on sale yesterday 2for$9 It’s ridiculous, to ask that much for bread!
They have had their pop machine out of commission for the last week and was still out of service last night!
If you’re looking for a quick lunch, and a cheap lunch, then I’d suggest their hotdogs!?!? If you buy a hotdog you can get a pop with it for an extra $1 … but only when the pop machines are running! So.. you’re basically paying around $5 for 2 hotdogs and a pop for lunch! You can’t get a better deal than that anywhere… I’m sure of that!
I wouldn’t recommend getting munchies from them though, because you’re looking at anywhere from $6-$9 for just a bag of chips!

That’s just more ridiculousness in pricing.. due to their ridiculous money spending on advertisement?
I don’t know about you …but I’m not jumping at the chance to go wash my car just because I seen them pulling a banner, behind a plane lol (might I add that you can barely even see what the banner says, most of the time because the planes flying to far up in the sky)
I don’t know.. call me crazy… but maybe they should quit wasting money while they’re ahead, and set the prices for their customers at a more responsible number??

Jan 23/17: Walked there from my residence at Queen & Margaret at 5:30 am. to pick up chocolate milk and hopefully bus tickets. Despite there clearly being several plastic cartons full of chocolate milk just in behind the milk fridge rack, the young man explained he could not get at it until a manager came with a key. Just reaching through the fridge with a broom handle to pull forward a carton would have worked easily. Bus tickets are not sold there ... too bad being a 24 hour store, however, that was fine.
I kept my frustration to myself as I thought of several scenarios for the former, one being that perhaps the fridge was not stocked properly due to the chocolate milk not being delivered until AFTER a manager or key holder was on duty. But If this is so, how did the milk delivery truck driver get in to drop it off? Also the attendant may have been uncomfortable coming out from behind the counter with just the two of us in the store.
Anyway, the attendant was polite and the store appeared well lit and clean.

Pathetic service.I have been regular customer of Circle K whole milk but somehow in the last 6 out of 8 times theirs milk get spoilt and sour days prior to expiry date. When approached their conduct is utterly bad and justifications are sought instead of showing accountability. Big no no!

Horrible service! Only go here because it's close to my house.. Otherwise I'd love to avoid it.. Employee's are on their phones and have friends behind the desk and are rude to customers and speak down to people in their languages.. 1 star is being generous..

Rude customer service, girl had attitude serving me and it was her own male colleague who smiled and acknowledged me first as I was standing right in front of them waiting to pay for my gas....

Ya know customer service goes a long way.

If I could give a one star I would. I was there with my younger brother who has bad anxiety he filled up a cup not knowing it wasn’t for slushies and the worker yelled at him. Then while he was paying I filled my cup up with ice and the worker accused me of filling my cup up with more pop after paying for it and she yelled at me and said that I was lying and didn’t fill up my cup with ice but filled it up with more pop and I politely told her it was ice then she raised her voice even more and said no it wasn’t which then I got angry and told her in a more aggressive voice that it was ice and then she just rolled her eyes and lectured my brother about the cup he filled with slushy (he is not even 12) and he already explained what happened and that is was an accident then while me and my younger brother were walking out of the store she gave us the dirtiest look and the most disgusting attitude in the world I would not recommend going there and I will never be coming back.
