Baldi's Fresh Restaurant

Lovely little place just across the road from the beach. Service is spectacular, the food and drinks are equally amazing.

For those of you with picky eaters: they have a cheese quesadilla made with a flour tortilla.

For those of you with adventurous eaters: the whole red snapper is delicious.

They also have milkshakes. Big, beautiful, delicious milkshakes. Whipped cream and cherry on top.

Over the course of several days we also tried out the chicken nachos (bring a friend or three), the shrimp with garlic (I refused to share), and the fish and chips. I would cheerfully eat any of those again. And again.

A gem on Playa Manuel Antonio. From the service, to the food, to the location — just the best! We went back 4 times! Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour:)
Ceviche is a standout and so are the patacones baldi’s (pictured).

Absolutely loved that little spot on the beach. The service was amazing and the food delicious. Our children loved the chicken and rice that they prepared for them. We had grilled fish and it was super tasty and fresh. Great beer selection, the place is super clean and our waiter was super helpful. Will come back again for sure!!!

Great restaurant! We came here first day for lunch it was so good so we keep coming here for the rest of the days! One night tried food somewhere else and it was not comparable to this place.

Very friendly staff with excellent food and a beautiful ocean view.
One of only a few places in this region that serves tacos and burritos (highly recommend the beef burrito).
Be sure to try their smoothies and milkshake- the leches used in this area is very much worth the try.
Prices are a bit high compared to others but great quality and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Baldi’s Fresh Restaurant. All of the ingredients were as fresh as they could be, and the kitchen executed everything perfectly. I ordered my tuna medium rare, and the temperature was spot on. Five stars for great service, great atmosphere, and most importantly, great food!

We ate here with a party of 13- 6 adults and 7 children. There was a wide variety on the menu for the kids and adults. Almost everyone added a smoothie to their dinner order. Everything was excellent! Service was great and a fun vibe all around! Would highly recommend!

This was my favorite restaurant while we were at Manuel Antonio: fresh ingredients, delicious meal, and healthy food and beverage choices. It’s within walking distance from Manuel Antonio national park and right off the beach. Staff is attentive and very friendly :)

Honestly the best Casado I’ve had here in Costa Rica to date. They have gluten free options. The staff is SO friendly and you can’t beat the view. I’d recommend the Casado de Pollo (chicken) and the Guayabana smoothie.

Good place for a quick burger after or whilst being on the beach. The fries are really good. The fish burger was juicy and fresh if it would come with a cool sauce besides the tartar sauce that it comes with it would be amazing.

Beautiful location just across from the beach plus great service. I had the grilled fish tacos and an energy smoothie- everything was fresh and flavorful. Good spot for groups or solo dining

If you want good food at a reasonable price near the beach then this is really the only place to go. The Mahi Mahi burger was super nice, and the cocktails are really good.
Nice service, and you can sit outside under a roof and watch the world go by.

The best food from our entire trip here in Costa rica. Our server even helped us found a sloth crossing the road in from of the restaurant.

Stopped in for breakfast, had amazing coffee with a view! The beach day smoothie was fantastic. Delicious rice and beans as well! Would highly recommend.

I feel like this place gets overlooked in favour of some of the more “aggressive” restaurants on this strip of the beach

We ate in here several times recently and found the quality and service levels were great. Very laid back, chilled atmosphere in which to watch the world go by.

Best milkshakes I have ever had! Also good fish Casados, great hamburgers per my husband too! You can eat Tico or American! And you have happy conversational wait staff!
