Post card picture perfect place. I liked and loved Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden then Oberau where we stayed. Ramsau is very nice and pretty. The entrance of the church is nice and clean. Just felt like being there for sometime so peaceful it was.

A calm place with beautiful views. You can relax for a while and also hike around this place. The night view is also good. Also near this place there is a good restaurant when you want to have some food

View from the bridge is beautiful as in jigsaw puzzles. Inside the church is also worth a visit.

There are quite a few places scattered around to park. Walk down past the church and then cross the river by the footbridge in order to get the classic Ramsau shot. There are usually quite a few tourist around, and a few photographers, so you'll have to time your shots.

What a surreal place!The crystal clear water,the church against the backdrop of mountains,the wooden bridge, stones and grass,beautiful autumn colours..how can this not be the most-beautifully located church in Bavaria!We had the feeling of being part of a live painting!Ramsau kirche can be reached within 15 minutes from Berchtesgaden,near Austrian border.
