Karma Bavaria

Absolutely Superb Location. Amazing Hospitality and Service. Everyone in the property greets you in a friendly way whenever they see you out. They have a guest card through which you get free transport within and nearby the city which saves pretty good amount of euros.

Only one thing that can be better was Taste of Indian Food - We ordered Dal-Rice and Veg Pulao which had a vast difference than that of Indian Taste.
Room (Family Room Apartment of 4) is much spacious with proper Utensils and kitchenette.

We enjoyed our week stay with Karma. They are renovating the rooms and while this is happening we were in a room that did need updating. I wish we would have had a newer room but it was very nice still.
Tim, Tosh, and Mike were wonderful to talk with and ask any questions. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can't wait for another in the future.

Only stayed one night on the way past but had a lovely evening there. Apartment was great with full kitchen, high quality shower and separate bath. The bar lively with friendly interaction between guests and a cosy lounge area. Breakfast buffet with lots of hot and cold options, and very important, a very good coffee machine.

I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having forgotten my wallet, they very kind in bringing it to the station for us so that we could catch our flight.
We will definitely be coming back soon

We stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room had amazing mountain view from the balcony, we were staying in a family room which was big with Sofa and desk. There are many facilities inside the hotel like warm swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym, Bowling etc. The service is amazing, each and every staff were very charming and happy. The restaurant is nice as well with even Indian menu. Must go place in Bavarian as Schliersee is very beautiful town with amazing lake.

We had a great experience at Karma. The staff were absolutely fantastic! From giving us advice on things to see (Mike, great suggestions btw), to a staff member helping a kid cut his chicken during movie night, they are 100% committed to bringing a wonderful experience.

The town of Schliersee is quiet enough to be peaceful, but has plenty of dining options within walking distance. There are plenty of sites within 30 minutes as well.

Stayed for a week and I loved our room. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean and newly remodeled with a nice kitchenette with everything you need. The bathroom/shower was awesome. Our balcony had a great view of the Alps. The hallways and the rest of the resort seem a little dated but it seems like they are in the process of updating. The pool area and hot tub looked great even though we didn't use it. There is a game room and also a pretty nice gym to workout. It is in the perfect location.. close enough to all the restaurants, shops and beautiful Lake Schliersee park that you can walk easily. Beautiful area. The service was very good. Loved the staff...so friendly and engaging. The only negative was it was in the upper 80s all week and there is no a/c. We opened the windows at night to let in some of the cooler air but there are no screens on the windows so bugs get in. Outside of that, it was a perfect stay and I would def stay here again even with no a/c. I would have taken a 1/2 star off for the no a/c or screens on windows, however, everything else was on point so no big deal.

I went there with my family on a promotional package. Everything we saw and experienced was perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean. The reception (mostly) very nice... especially the guy from Africa (?) He was a delight to interact with.

The pool was small but nice and the jacuzzi was lovely. The sauna must only be used in the nude, which led to an elderly man yelling at me and kicking me out of the sauna area, but that definitely doesn't reflect on the hotel.

The kegeln (something like bowling) area was very nice. I would've loved to play some of the many music records they had, but the record player was broken.

The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The hotel is about 10 minutes away (on foot) from the lake.

I can't comment on their breakfast or food because they weren't included in our package. However, our room had a basic kitchenette so we were able to make our breakfast and snacks. We dined out every night.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

Good rooms and great views. Very friendly staff. Location is great for visiting Bravaria and parts on Austria like Innsbruck and Salzburg. Shilersee is a cute town with many places for food. Hotel has good play area and pool. Great for a relaxing holiday too.

Experience, Great Experience. Karma provides great experience. Nice location, good staff. Nice Bowling night for members. Met many members and good thing is everyone is positive about the brand.

One suggestion: You started Indian menu but really speaking taste is not at all Indian, please make sure to have good training for staff on this :( Also no Indian dishes at Breakfast, 2 days you have aloo paratha but that is not good at all :(

Wonderful spa hotel in beautiful Bavarian village. Magical after a few inches of fresh snow.

Excellent stay. Rooms were always clean and staff is friendly. I liked that rooms were spacious and had a bit more equipped kitchen corner that I have seen compared with other hotels. Pool area was open from 7am to 10pm so it was perfect for early morning swim or late evening relaxation. We also used gym. Both gym and pool have their own towels in the area, which was really nice as it wasn't nessecary to bring towels from the room. There is also free bowling but the system is pretty old, I liked the retro vibe in it though. Hotel is about 10min walk from the center and train station.

We are members for Karma and it is our first trip to Karma Bavaria after buying membership. When we are members we feel like it is our resort and resort staff is really helpful which enhances member experience. Especially Mr Michael sitting near to reception is an amazing guy, who always ready to help and greet when you see him. He gave lot of different goodies to kids every day which make this place a interesting for kids :)

Best part is pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna which is Free.

Guest pass given by resort are really useful, we used these a lot to travel by bus as we came by bus.

Food is excellent, it will be Great if Indian dishes can be added to breakfast and dinner.

The trip to Germany and to Schliersee was overwhelming for my disabled mother, and had me in tears on day 2 of our stay. The staff - especially Karina - was so comforting and helpful to make our stay turn into a joyful experience. They even offered a loaner wheelchair for me to make things easier for my mother.

The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, but then all of the food in Germany was quite delicious. They were hard at work to update the rooms on the second floor, and the room I stayed in was lovely with a walk out patio and view that was so breathtaking it was like I had walked into a painting.

This is a great, relaxing place to stay! We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms with balcony and mountain view which had a very clean, cosy and modern design with a lot of wooden accents (the floor is from real wooden parquet for example). The bathroom is also very clean, spacious and very modern. The room looked exactly like the pictures on the website.
The personnel is super friendly, well organised and service-oriented.
The breakfast was one of the best we ever had: a great variety of different choices , as well sour and sweet (the breakfast buffet was actually almost like a brunch buffet: there was salmon, different sausages, mushrooms, melted goatcheese, Indian lentils, bacon, all kinds of bio yoghurts, juices, fresh fruit salad, eggs in all forms, jams, etc ) it was very tasty and the personnel constantly refilled the breakfast buffet.
We also had twice an excellent delicious dinner in their restaurant which definitely falls in the category fine gourmet food (and yet luckily big portions).
the entire residence is an idyllic, dreamy (view on the mountains), quite place to relax (including SPA). There is a huge inner courtyard were all clients can easily park their cars for free.
We will come back and strongly recommend it!

Great place to hang out, calm and peaceful country side, lots of greenery in summer around, hotel offers local bus vouchers, amazing cycling trails, very courteous staffs, indoor warm Jacuzzi n pool, play area, reading room, karmasee restaurant offers great breakfast spread, reception has every detail of attractions around and ever willing to help

Wonderful place! Stayed in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional. We love that we could take our dog with us and that there was a blanket and bowl waiting for her! Nice touch! Beautiful town to walk around in. The pool/ spa area was wonderful and relaxing. We went just for a week of quiet and relaxation. The rec room was really cool with a vinyl record collection. The menu was limited due to covid, but the food we had was delicious, and portions large. Rafik was a great host! We would like to return to Karma Bavaria again soon.
