Ald Saschwalle

Come here. It's an authentic Black Forest bar/restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. Every plate and dessert was incredible.

I had a great experience at Ald Saschwalle. Had some traditional local dishes which was made to perfection. You can feel that the chef puts lots of love and care in the food made. I had a Käsesuppe and Schwäbische and my husband had Badische Festtagssuppe mit Flädle and I forgot the name of the second dish, but it was pork with Potatoes and salad. Everything very well seasoned and soooo tasty. The price is reasonable and customer service excellent. I am happy I found this place, which was the highlight in terms of food of our holidays.

Hospitality and the food are the top scores. Which believe explains why you can also see the locals there as well.

We had some Flammkuchen but you can also have fondues or some other German dishes.

The cheesecake was delicious, and the strawberries looked really tasty. Good spot for a coffee.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Außen wie innen. Sehr gute, frisch zubereitete Speisen. Speisekarte ist klein aber das Essen ist fein. Gutes Waldhaus Bier und natürlich in dieser Gegend auch gute Weine. Schneller, freundlicher Service und ein netter, freundlicher Wirt. Ein toll durchmischtes, anständiges Publikum. Hier sollte auf jeden Fall rechtzeitig reserviert werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Suite à une Balade autour du Mummelsee en Forêt-Noire, nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’accueil, l’ambiance et l’authenticité des plats. Nous nous sommes régalés😋+++, on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux. Un plus le patron parle français! Nous avons pris tarte flambée à l’ail des ours, fromage de tête Avec pommes de terre, en salade, un appfel Trudel Et la glace à la vanille, avec les fraises du terroir. Un délice !

Kleines und gemütlich eingerichtetes Lokal mit leckeren Speisen.
Waren wirklich mehr als zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Parksituation ist nicht ganz so einfach, aber quasi ums Eck gibt es einen Parkplatz bzw. man kann da an den Straßen parken.
Wenn möglich sollte im Vorfeld reserviert werden.

Cenato questa sera,domenica calma di gente. Avevo prenotato. Bel locale caldo, arredato in modo antico, personale gentile,cortese,ampio menù di piatti tipici, gli spazli gratinati,favolosi,insalata di wurstel ottima, mi attirava la aringa affumicata con cipolla e patate fritte,ma non riuscivo ,tanto ero sazio. Belli i dolci

Posto carino il proprietario sorridente e disponibile. Menù solo in tedesco. Pietanze buone anche se piuttosto importanti da digerire, non tanto per il modo di cucinare ma perché rispecchiano, secondo me, la tradizione locale... Quindi spazhle con formaggio e pancetta cotti in forno, uova fritte e così via. Tutto buono cmq. Prezzi adeguati sulla via principale del paese. Consiglio di prenotare perché piccolino.

Einzigster Kritikpunkt : macht n bisserl mehr Beilage zu Euren leckeren Speisen , bin leider nicht satt geworden !

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren ins Ald Saschwalle. Das Essen ist immer sehr gut und durch die Zusatzkarte sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Ambiente ist für meinen Geschmack richtig urig,es gefällt mir außerordentlich gut und man sitzt sehr gemütlich. Der Wirt und Inhaber ist super nett ,er geht auf alle Wünsche ein und hat immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen. Wir hoffen das dieses urige Lokal noch viele Jahre bestehen bleibt und wir noch viele gemütliche Stunden beim Patrick verbringen dürfen. Bis bald 🤗🍷😊

Ein urig-gemütliches Restaurant welches definitiv einen Besuch wert ist.
Kleine aber feine Speisekarte plus saisonalen Zusatzkarte mit teils kreativen Gerichten.Das Essen war schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Der Service ist äußerst aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
