I went to media markt in Amberg for a new battery for my iPhone 12 mini. Not only was the customer service awesome, but the help and service on my phone was extraordinary! I drove 35 minutes minutes to get there, because the media markt right by my house was very little help. The drive was totally worth it. I totally recommend the media markt in Amberg.

Media Markt is a large chain of technology, gadgets, and electronics, a lot like a Best Buy (US). This one does not disappoint with selection, availability, and service. I've purchased numerous items from this location and even had to return some for various reasons and always has great service. Bought a laptop, which had issues retaining a charge and returned it for repair. Recieved it back fixed, faster than expected.
A lot of the workers also speak English for any who need it.

With the Saturn the best electronic shop in the DE. When we were there, was a lot of sale so great stuff for evrybody. u find here all electronics which u need, white technic black, phones, pc, tv hi-fi and manny more
