Food in restaurants could be hotter. Sorry but wine is served too cold (tinto). Room temperature wine not available unless purchased day before and stored. Other than above perfect holiday and we will be returning.

Fabulous hotel separated from the beach by a single carriageway road.
A side on Seaview from our balcony. Hotel had numerous lifts so no big queue built up.
Good food with several choices served buffet style in the restaurant.

We had a great stay ath the hotel. The staff are lovely and even though the facilities are a little bit dated, everything works well and its spotless. The hotel is right across from the beach and only a 5-minute walk from the main part of the city.

Put sun filter on sea view room windows so we dont have to use the curtains all day 🥳 But great rooms!

Also the James & Rita app dont seem to communicate with your booking system, hence we didnt have a parking reservation for our car when we arrived and had to park in private parking facility (cost us 59 euro). Not a big deal but a little stress to find parking.

My partner and i really enjoyed our stay at the Servigroup Papa Luna Hotel in Pensacola. The location is beautiful, right on the beach and the hotel have reserved sunbeams on the beach for you to use. The pool is of good size too and we never struggled to get sun beds. The staff are friendly and the rooms a good size and kept clean. The main reason we chose this hotel is because of its reputation for gluten free catering, as i am coeliac. The food definitely didn't disappointed. We really do not speak much Spanish, but that was not a problem. There was an extremely helpful waitress who translated the whole gluten free menu into English for us one evening and she then took my food orders each lunch time for the following day, to ensure the kitchen could prepare. It was great to not have to worry about food! They cater for dairy free too. All staff in the restaurant recognised us each day and despite the language barrier, ensured my food order came out and was correct. A great hotel, definitely recommend for those with allergies! If you can learn a bit of Spanish however, to describe allergies that would be helpful. Not many speak English.

It's a perfect place to relax , there's whatever You want , from alcohol to milkshakes. There is also a band every night with different types of music; Jazz, pop etc. I have been in one of the rooms of the hotel and they are huge!. The service is also incredible. There is also a swimming pool in case you don't like going to the beach, and if You like It , its right in front of the hotel

Absolutely perfect! Top location, tasty food, nice personal. I can only recommend.

Hotel Papa Luna is right on the sea front, it is a lovely hotel, Clean, modern, a good selection of food that everybody can enjoy. Peñiscola has a lovely wide long beach and most of the town is on the level. The only climb is up to the castle, which is some climb, but worth it. The enterance fee to the castle is not massive with a discount for 'pensionistas'. Beautiful views from the top, the information is also in english and spanish

Excellent value. Good location. Room and half board was fantastic with good range at the buffet at breakfast and lunch (we ate out for dinner).
