Brilliant hotel. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Dog friendly room. No coffee making in the room but a bar on site for drinks. Brilliant food. Plenty of ground to wander around and great walks locally. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel, very comfy beds and clean rooms. Just make sure you know when you need to check out as we were pushed out 2 hours early by the cleaning lady.

Just now (2 months after my first visit) tried to make a booking over the phone, the lady I spoke with was very rude and she hung up on me! I was being very cordial at the time. I have eventually booked online, but wanted to ask for evening meal times - I have called again 4 times over the last 30 minutes but keep getting cut off. Either there are phone issues or the lady does not want to answer my call.

Perfect small rustic bar and restaurant with beautiful fireplace. Breakfast was a little disappointing.
There’s a huge sitting area with big fireplace. A games room. Beautiful views of the mountains. Free car park.

Perfect place to escape the city's hustle and bustle! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are great! Conrad, one of the waiters of the hotel’s restaurant, made every meal extra special. Would definitely go back!

Lovely hotel in the mountains 40 mi north of Madrid, with all of the amenities in a lovely village. Very reasonable prices, a lovely restaurant with good food and a nice bar. Worth checking it out.

The rooms where comfortable and clean. The location is really good in the middle of the Sierra. The most important thing for us was the conference room with capacity for 80 people. A really good place for organizing a small event.

We had a very cute double room with balcony. Very comfy with aircon and heater. Quite good buffet breakfast. Very close to the town of Becerril. Romantic place for couples.

La cena muy rica los platos super abundantes y amables. Un gran sitio para ir a comer.

100 % recomendable. Una atención personalizada y un trato maravilloso. La comida es de alta calidad y muy sabrosa. La gerente del hotel estuvo muy pendiente. Desi nos facilitó todo para que la celebración de nuestra boda saliera perfecta. Sin duda volveremos!

28/09/2023 Nos encantó, mi pareja y yo decidimos escaparnos un día de la rutina y la verdad que genial, el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones limpias, la atención muy buena, el pueblo muy bonito y tranquilo, sin duda volveriamos 100% recomendado.

Fui con mi pareja a pasar unos días para despejarnos de la ciudad, y no pudimos elegir un lugar más acogedor y encantador, la habitación era amplia y muy limpia, la cama súper cómoda.
Quería resaltar la labor de las camareras de piso que, a pesar de salir tarde de la habitación, la alistaban quedando perfecta, el trato y sonrisa de Valentina en el desayuno y en la recepción, nos hizo pasar una estancia muy agradable estando pendiente de cada detalle, cada mañana teníamos incluido el desayuno que estaba realmente delicioso y recién preparado, zumo de naranja bien frío, hornillo para calentar las ensaimadas, variedad de embutidos, huevos revueltos bacon...
De verdad que les doy un 10 por lo bien organizado que lo tenían todo, el hotel también dispone de sala de juegos y mesa de billar , por lo que los días de mucho frío y lluvia lo aprovechamos al máximo.
¡Estamos deseando volver porque nos sentimos muy cómodos! :)

Lo mejor que he podido disfrutar en hoteleria en muchos años (y he trabajado en el rubro). Desde la calidad humana y profesional hasta el mas mínimo detalle en instalaciones y servicios. Otro fuerte, su gastronomía, impecable!! Muchas gracias a todo el personal pot haber hecho simplemente MARAVILLOSA nuestra estadía.!!!
