Caprici Beach Hotel & Spa

A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the village, directly on the beautiful, long beach. The rooms are quite small but adequate and very clean. There is a lovely pool area and a pool/beach bar which also has a range of food from tapas to pizza to paella.

Excellent choice of Hotel for our Anniversary and for time away! Hotel backs straight on to the beach, swimming pool facilities, gym and indoor pool! Food was fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable! We had a mountain view from our room but I can imaging the view of the beach and sea must of been amazing and peaceful!
Be aware the coach transit from Barcelona Airport to the hotel drops you at another Hotel which they give you directions to walk to Caprici Beach Hotel & Spa! This walk is about 3-5 minutes once you know where you're going and consists of walking down a flight of stairs, through a underpass and up a flight of stairs because of a railway track separating direct walking access to the Hotel! Not good for the elderly, wheelchairs, difficulty with walking or heavy luggage! Be aware also of the added Barcelona Tourism Tax on arrival at the Hotel, as this is not added with in your booking! Roughly €14 in total for both of us!

The rooms are outdated with no coffee machine or anything, but overall loved the experience. The pool, the spa, the beach, everything was never too crowded. The buffet is worth the money. The word spa is misleading, thought would be a proper spa with massages and all but it's actually a hot tub and jet pool, paid steam room. The live entertainment was nice. Walking distance from train station. Overall loved it as never had to fight for a spot at the pool, a lounge chair, or a spot at the beach.

The hotel is near the beach (less than 50m), with a deep pool (2,2m) and one small pool for children, wide terrace near the beach, gym and sauna. Daily room cleaning, nice personal ready to help/ guide each time. The rooms are not the biggest ones, but is more than enough for a couple, with lovely views (sea view/ Santa Sussana view), clean beds and large bathrooms.
For a half board, the food was excellent (various and tasty), the restaurant well organized. For dinner, the drinks must be paid separately.
The train station is near the hotel and in almost 1hour and a half, you are in Barcelona, Plaza de Catalonya. There are many souvenir shops and a Carrefour Supermarket.
The beach is large and the sea is so clean, ideal for scuba diving.

Great receptionist didn't stay in the hotel but he let me charge my phone and even offered me a charger but if you read this I really appreciate it .
It's the little things that mean the most.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed here in 1989. It had not been open long. Wonderful position. Even better now it has a railway station. A really special hotel.
