Very impressive! A tad bouncy and you can certainly feel the bridge sway and jiggle when you walk over it which can be disconcerting and if you’re scared of heights then it’s a tad terrifying. But a cool experience. Definitely worth a trip to Cuenca.

Not for the faint of heart, vertigo sufferers or ones with fear of height. It looks harmless from the photos but the bridge's width is narrower and the height of the bridge is perched far higher than expected. Does not help that the bridge has very thin railings on both sides.
That said it does have very breathtaking panoramic views of the town and countryside if you can keep your eyes open and stop your legs from shaking.

Lovely bridge. Was fun jumping on it. Just kidding. The middle part shakes a bit but the views are incredible.

The bridge is a wonderful way to enter the city. The other way is through a spiraling road in the bottom near the underground parking lot.

It’s hard to truly capture the magnitude of the city if you don’t cross the bridge.

Great bridge with lovely views. Going to the castle via the bridge is easier than climbing all the way up

Great panoramic views from an elevated position. The railing is a bit low which might make some people a bit anxious of the height.

This bridge connects the historic part of Cuenca with the ancient monastery (Nowadays a Parador). Originally, it was made of stone but only parts of the pillars survived. The rest was replaced by metal.
From the bridge you have a stunning view and you can admire the famous Hanging Houses of Cuenca.
Caution: the bridge moves a bit when many people walk on it. People with fear of this might use the street to the Parador instead of walking over the bridge.

The bridge is around 100 yo built with iron bars on top of the original stone structure. 38m high and 105 m long. There was a fresh breeze in the middle of the walk and the view is just amazing.

Cross the bridge over the river to admire the views of the Casas Colgadas of Cuenca! Get there midday or morning to have the best pictures!

Holy Week vacation in Cuenca - a city east of Madrid. Taking advantage of the sunny weather on the first day, we headed to the Casas Colgadas (Hanged Houses). The hike uphill is along the River Huecar and if you end on the other side, you can cross the San Pablo Bridge which is equally an adventure in itself. It also offers the best view of the hanged houses.

A pedestrian bridge that spans the gorge cut by the Río Huécar and connects the old town to the route leading to the the Old Convent of St Paul which is now a hotel—the Parador de Cuenca. The bridge provides a terrific view of of the most notable of the hanging houses of Cuenca and the other old structures that are perched above the river. Your best photo opportunities will be found here.

Amazing views. Crossing the bridge was accelerating, good for an adrenaline rush!!!
Simply spectacular.
The bridge moves a bit when a lot of people walk on it.
It is accessible, but keep in mind it is uphill and very difficult for a person on a wheelchair or with walking difficulties.
There is a public secured car park at the bottom of the road leading to the bridge.
