Albergue Fuente Sidres

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves a special shout-out. Not only are Diana and Andres the best, but the facilities were clearly thoughtfully designed. Dinner was the best I’ve had yet in an Albergue, and there’s a great terrace overlooking the landscape that gives a great view of the sunset. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are only 6 in each of the two rooms. Do yourself a favor and book a night here during your Camino. You definitely won’t regret it.

Didn’t stay here but definitely would have! Amazing location! Amazing coffee! Amazing chocolate croissant! It’s a few meters off the path but we’ll worth it!!!

Excellent new place in the middle of nowhere and close to the Camino path. I've only visited the bar/café and it's definitely worth staying for a break while walking. Good music and very nice staff. You also have to enjoy the view from the platform outside. It must be beautiful to watch the 🌅 there.

This place is the perfect alternative to the established stages of the Camino. The owner Diana is an amazing host and very attentive. You can wash your clothes, eat amazing food, and enjoy the sunset in the lovely balcony overlooking the valley. It’s gorgeous.

Awesome and unique auberge in the camino. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it. Diana and Andres will take care of you. Wonderful peaceful ambience, surrounded by nature. The foot is great, the bunker beds are sturdy and the room is big and spacious with heaters. Everything is very clean and the garden is awesome. I really encourage you to spend time here. I immediately felt relaxed as soon as I walked into this place. It’s a very calm and peaceful environment. The hosts were also very friendly and welcoming. I hope to come back one day.

An oasis on the meseta. I didn't stay here but had some food and it was lovely. They have vegan & vegetarian options. The albergue looked really nice too.

Awesome spot. Ultra clean, roomy, nice music, good food and comfy beds. Service from Diana and her funny male colleague is great. Also, huge bonus, free communal wash of clothes!

A Fantastic oasis in the middle of La Meseta, 29 KM from Burgos, so if you have the chance to stay here on your Camino, take it! Only 12 beds , 6 in esch room, so it’s very cosy. Clean, The showers /bathrooms are new, the Owners are Fabulous. When I arrived they offered a laundry service directly, amazing. They also have vegan menues and snacks so it’s a very uptodate place. Love it( and I usually prefer pensions, so if you would like to try an Albergue, pick this one!) Booked via booking.com

Excellent modern hostel. Warm welcome. Beautiful location. Evening meal is delicious. One of the better hostels on the Camino. Highly recommended.

I was surprised to see people walk right on by this place. You don't have many opportunities to stop and sit in the meseta, and this is the best place on the whole Camino.
