We had a fantastic stay,
The hotel is fantastic from the food to the lovely staff,
Feels like a family home environment with a fabulous log fire in the bar to the hot chocolate and pastries that awaits you when you get back from skiing,
Room was so comfortable great bed and fantastic shower,honestly this is a great hotel and we would love to come back
We stayed half board and the food in the restaurant every night was lovely as for the breakfast..
exceptional
We will look forward to seeing you all again

Truly 5 star hotel. Everything was amazing. We could check in early and also they upgraded our room which was amazing cuz we were celebrating my birthday. Staff was very kind and friendly. Food was delicious. Spa was good.

What a hidden GEM of Sierra Nevada,
Spend a spontanous night to ski & we were absolutely surprised in a positive way:
- great location -> ski in/ ski out
- great service, every staff member had a smile in their face and was absolutely friendly and most helpful
- nice food as well & we felt so welcome in the a la carte restaurant; where Maria the lovely waitress treated us very well yesterday evening & made our dinner complete

Had a lovely stay here. Staff were great. Helpful from the second we arrived - porters in the garage, reception, housekeeping and catering staff. All a credit to the hotel. The room was lovely, very clean and all facilities were good.
Shuttle bus to the village wasn't available unfortunately due to heavy snow - not a problem though as the chair lift is less than 1 minute from the hotel door!!
Will 100% stay here again next time I'm in Sierra Nevada.

Take note that this is not walking distance to the main square but the hotel shuttle works well. If you don't mind that, then the hotel is fantastic. Large rooms which have a rustic feel and have modern bathrooms. Great bar downstairs with pool table and dart board. There wasnt enough snow to ski right up to the hotel, but we caught the chairlift right to the front door. Overall, great value for money and awesome experience.

Nice hotel but keep in mind this is not in downtown village. They do have shuttle service that work to 23:30 but it's a bit of pain compared to be in a hotel down in village. You can ski to and from hotel without having to walk very long (50 meter from garage is the slope) Nice restaurant with good breakfast buffet and nice food in evening. We did have a room that sleeps 5 but ski locker was same size as all other room and was way to small to fit all our equipment also it was in garage so boots would not dry overnight if left there. Overall we had a good stay and would go there again if going to area.

Lockers free of charge for skies etc which is a must....
Chair lift outside hotel down to the village free with your ski pass or €9 for non skiers you can buy the pass in the machines by the lift also if you buy online you can redeem your passes in the machines by the chairlifts too all super easy
We chose half board breakfast buffet excellent and evening meals choice fantastic
Their terrace outside was super...... we lucked out with the weather sunny so sitting on their terrace apres ski was beautiful.... viewing the ski mountain etc
We paid extra for the mountain view but i think if you're going to Sierra nevada why wouldn't you? We loved our room very clean and believe me im a white glove girl ...no coffee or tea facilities but thats quite Spanish so we took our own kettle 😀
For the views and service i would highly recommend this hotel

I booked this hotel as a surprise trip for my mother's birthday as I couldn't be there with her at the time. The staff were so wonderful and helped me to make her weekend trip as special as possible. They even sent her a bottle of Cava and cake! The room was lovely with beautiful views of the mountain and the hotel is in the perfect location for skiing with a lovely cosy bar and great restaurant (due to covid everywhere is closed by 6pm but it was no problem as the hotel facilities were everything they needed). Thank you again to all the lovely staff 😊

I have never encountered a better hotel staff in my life. Everyone was great, but two people in particular stood out to me that definitely deserve some praise:

Lucía at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful, diligent, and hardworking. If every hotel had someone like her, traveling would be much better for everyone. Not only did she go out of her way to help me with directions, but she also was always happy to answer any questions I had about the city. She was extremely knowledgeable and intelligent.

The bartender, Jazmín, was fantastic. In the three days I was in and out of the hotel, I spent a collective of 15 hours working in the bar. She was always working very hard, with a smile on her face, and was a delight to talk to. She made every customer feel welcome, and did an overall great job.

This is the only review I have ever written about a hotel and that is directly due to those two staff members. I hope the owner/managers realize how talented of people they have working for them. Better staff than any hotel I have been to in the United States.

Nice staff, great hotel location.

I just wanted to mention how lovely the SPA was, and from the first moment of question about services, Maika, has been outstanding. She did the most amazing Abhyanga massage and facial. I did not stay at the hotel, but she arranged the transfer from the hotel back to the town which was wonderful. I can really recommend the Spa. Very clean, new and lovely, even though it is a little smaller than other spas I have been to.

This is the only 5* hotel in Sierra Nevada village and to me it is the best one with direct access to the lifts and the ski slopes. Wonderful accommodation and dining options, amazing cocktails and breathtaking mountain views.

We had a great time at the hotel the staff was amazing especially Maria she made it unforgettable ! We will be back
