Los Callejones de las Majadas

Great alternative to the packed Ciudad Encantada. I went in August and arrived there at 10,30 and there were another only two cars in the parking. I did the whole walk without meeting anyone. Another plus is that's for free. It is very easy to do the whole walk in one hour or so and the difficulty is low as it is quite flat. The itinerary is signalled by 92 poles with arrows. There are no fountains so bring water. There is a small picnic area and some wooden benches to rest along the walk. Parking is also free of charge.

Pretty unique place to see near Cuenca and you can have a nice picnic here before the hike. Our family loved the overall surrounding and the quietness.

We took the flat route, however it was definitely not flat. It stated as an easy route but not easy.
The view was amazing! And the route was fantastic.
Not sure if good for kids as there is a lot of climbing on and through the rock formations.
We definitely want to come back!

Much like La Ciudad Encantada, this little known location hosts fantastic, bizarre rock formations complete with seas of rocks forming ravines and alleys you can walk through. There's a recommended 2h route with 89 posts, or you can just explore freely and at your pace (using theGoogle Maps satellite layer as a guide) which is very charming. There's a small picnic area in the woods south of the car park. Free of charge.

Hidden gem of Spain. Unrealistic rocks, surrounded by forest and fields. An amazing place created by Mother Nature. The feeling walking around and between rocks is extraordinary. Worth to check small details such as roots in the rocks or trees on their tops. You might need at least an hour for a visit even up to three for detailed exploration.

Fantastic one hour walk through a lot of surrealistic stone formations, Little booklet explain all the rock forms. Highly recommended for kids, cafetaries at the end of the roundwalk.

Very well marked path, easy route even with young children. Very interesting.

Incredible natural karsting forms created by the erosion of water. Must visit.
