Every breath you take! Having dinner by the lagoon terrace of this Hotel is a moonlight serenade even in the darkest nights. The quality of this air is the third best after the Alps. The hotel location allows a tranquile but yet surprising stay, since the local orography hides a beautiful cascade just a few steps away, while the "line" of the old sea of Tetis (90 millions of years ago) shows its pasts in its peaks. Good sleep and good food!! Comfy rooms (ask for the ones with a view) and a nice garden to relax.

Fantastic service and very delicious food. We ate local deer meat and other local dishes. The staff was so welcoming and helpful and very funny! We had a great meal. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant with a view on a beautiful lake. There is 1 menu 16 per person, in which you can choose 3 courses and includes a drink. Food is nice, portions very very generous, the waiter are very friendly. I can highly recommend to stop here for a lunch and a walk along the lake.

This place is the best in town!! We came here the first night and had such a delicious dinner!! We ordered the local dish Gamo a la Plancha wich was so good, we ordered again for lunch! The owner is very nice and welcoming. If you are around definitely come here for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Fuimos recomendados por un guía de Cuenca y sin duda fue un acierto.

El dueño es muy amable y atento, nos acomodó en el mejor sitio del restaurante, al lado de la chimenea, con la decoración de Navidad, precioso.

La comida riquísima, mucha cantidad, y el menú a un buen precio en relación a todo lo que ofrecen. Nos pusieron una ensalada y una tapita de embutidos adicional al menú, todo un detalle de buen gusto.

¡Recomendable! Volveremos sin duda.

Hemos pasado unos días en la serranía de Cuenca y este lugar ha sido nuestro lugar favorito para comer, repetimos incluso al día siguiente de haber comido allí. Súper amables, comida casera buenísima y cantidades generosas. El menú está genial. Hacía frío y pudimos comer en la zona del bar. Esperamos volver algún día y que todo siga igual! 🐾
