La Barca - Salou

Our last restaurant meal in Salou was at LA Barca. It was a hot Wednesday afternoon so we opted to sit inside with the cool aircon. The outdoor seating has a great view of the beach so not surprised very few people were inside.

As for the food and drinks... everything was fantastic. Cannot fault a single meal or drink. The restaurant looks like one of the more upmarket places on the ocean strip but the prices are quite competitive.

Service was excellent.

Nice restaurant right next to the beach. Lovely views, especially as the sunsets. Friendly, attentive staff. The food was freshly cooked & was excellent. Prices are slightly higher, but well worth it.

We liked it! The view was amazing, the food was good and the service was also OK.

Food was excellent, had chicken paella and marina paella between 4 of us. Was all cooked fresh and tasted amazing. Sangria was tasty and refreshing too. Attentive and friendly service. Amazing view to top it all off. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving a visit.

Every restaurant in the area asks you to post a review before leaving, but I’m genuinely so pleased with our experience that I’m posting this off my own back.

Food was delightful (the duck breast is amazing), the drinks are tasty and strong and everything was very reasonably priced. The setting is beautiful and very comfortable seating, which I really appreciated as someone with a chronic health condition.

Definitely visit if you are in Salou! Thank you Konte and your staff for having us ❤

We came here last year and enjoyed so we gave it another try. Standard still good nice location and prices okay too.

We were there in June 2024 we'd been looking for a steak house and boy this didn't disappoint,bread dipped in oil to start,fillet steak with a massive side salad swilled down with a bottle of red wine absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend 🤤

Best food we had during our stay in Salou. We would definitely return again. Best prawns, best sangria, incredible beef - see pictures. Staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely view of the sea as well as a great place to sit and watch the world go by.

Excellent food, very large portions with a very good standard. Expansive, easy to understand menu for all languages. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Lubo who served us throughout our night.

We had a fabulous meal of chicken and fillet steak . The service was excellent from Luby and the rest of the team . Excellent value for money . I would definitely recommend that you eat here . We will be returning . Thank you all . 10/10

Delicious Paella and service was good! Bit on the pricey side but worth it, service was fast as well!

Came here to watch the football had desert it was great food for a good price. The drinks were cheap as well, so I surely didn't mind that the bar staff were friendly and spoke good English which was very nice as I don't know hardly any words in Spanish if I was to come back to salou I would go back into this place.
