Restaurant Che del Mar

I went to this restaurant every day whilst in Spain.

There were three main, more upmarket seafood restaurants in the area. I went to all three of them and this one was by far the best!

The staff were friendly and attentive, the produce is local and delicious and the location couldn't have been better, right on the beach.

The restaurant & toilet were clean. It was a pleasure dining here each day.

The food and the service were outstanding. We ordered among other dishes the catch of the day, which was in our case a seabass. The way it was presented and prepared was really special. The chef also spoke to us and explained us how to eat the bones of the fish which were fried - different to the reat of the dish - which we never tried before. A very rewarding experience! Strongly recommended, also for the views.

This is a great restaurant …really nice food , great views by sea and lovely staff . Much better than others we tried in la pineda so came back . Ideally a few more vegetarian options but always tried hard to accommodate . Burrata salad and prawns fabulous

This is the second time that we have visited this restaurant, the food, staff and atmosphere is fantastic, the oysters and paella are a must.

Absolutely outstanding, We were the only tourists in the restaurant today for lunch. What a gem of a place, We ordered the seafood platter for 1, No1 and No4 both were so fresh and cooked to order. We have the same table booked for tomorrow and will do the rest of our stay .

This was my 3rd visit at Che del Mar – the two first ones were in October 2021. I was meet with a very familiar service: “Welcome back!”. Impressive! I didn’t ask for the menu but asked for Master chef and owner Martíns recommendation. He is a wizard in cooking shellfish and fish to absolute perfection, and even takes time to check if everything is perfect (it was!) and give tips on seasoning the oysters (liqourice powder – oh yes!), opening the shellfish correctly and so on. Meanwhile the rest of the staff, Sandra and co, takes care of very attentive and friendly service. This was not only a restaurant visit – it was a true gourmet experience. A true must in La Pineda.

My god! The gambas rojas were the tastiest prawns I have ever eaten. Mind blowing- huge portions, amazing staff. Must try this place

This restaurant is the best in La Pineda. Awesome food, great prices, generous portions and an amazing atmosphere. The wait staff are very helpful, friendly, funny and treat you like family. Had a Dorada fish fish and by far the best fish I had on my 2 week trip to the area having eaten fish for most meals the entire stay. Highly recommend you stop by if you are in or near La Pineda

Great Cafe. Friendly. Good music. The lady and gentleman who attend are super friendly. Had a great breakfast. Will definitely return again.

A very nice Mediterranean restaurant that i would recommend stopping by if you have the chance to.

Excellent ! Nous y avons manger le midi et le soir des poissons frais et très bon ! La sole, la daurade grillé est a tomber par terre ... les moules marinière, l'entrecôte sont excellent. Les serveurs sont extrêmement gentils et le prix de la note est raisonnable au vue de la qualité des produits. Bravo et nous reviendrons surement manger d'autres poissons chez vous !

En un ambiente familiar y tranquilo, se encuentra el Restaurante Che del Mar.
Servicio muy agradable y atentos con sus clientes, ya vengas a comer, cenar o simplemente tomar algo.
Carta variada de paellas,arroces,jamón ibérico,croquetas,pescados, marisco de buena calidad y mucho más…
Tiene un comedor interior y una terra, también puedes picar algo o tomar un café en la barra.
Muy buena atención y comida muy buena con una buena carta también de vinos.

Très bon restaurant, plat délicieux et service au top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu si vous voulez manger du bon poisson frais face a la mer. Le chef est même venu nous voir pour s’assurer que tout c’était bien passé. Nous reviendrons
