The Restaurant : It was a great dinner we got there today. I took the duck breast for 24 Euros, it was a really big one, not the China version you get in asia restaurants and it was delicious and very nice arranged. The service spoke very good english and was very nice to us. We could even talk with the kind owner, by the way everything has changed , so forget these bad ratings in the past. I would like to come back to order the tasty looking tuna, but this has to be in my next holidays in Normandy. Thanks for this experience. CU

We stayed here and we'll never go anywhere but here. The people who work there are so nice and friendly and helpful. They had great food and great drinks. We would highly recommend it to anyone else who wants to come see where history took place and how the Americans influenced the rebuilding of Normandy. We are returning this summer to stay in the same place and spend at least 2-3 weeks. God bless you all 💖

I asked for a simple thing: an egg on an hamburger that I chose and they completely satisfied my order.
Just that I eat outside and it was a bit windy.
You can also buy wine and beers inside to take as a souvenir.

We had a wonderful meal. Fish and chips and flank steak were both delicious. Service was courteous and prompt.

Ate dinner here and had a fantastic experience. One of the best flank steaks I’ve ever had. My wife said the same about her tuna steak. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. It is a nice beach room overlooking Omaha Beach. No frills to the room, but it has what you need to enjoy the area and the beach. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is a small balcony to enjoy the view and weather in the summer. The staff is great. Cloe is awesome, she answered all our questions and was very helpful even before we showed up. She called to inform us of restrictions during the 80th D-Day anniversary, allowing us to plan appropriately. On site she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back to stay here on our next time to Normandy. We also ate at the restaurant twice and were very impressed. The food was delicious and the service was prompt and friendly. We visited at the height of the craziness that comes with the D-Day anniversary. The staff handled it all with calmness and a smile. We were always greeted and sat in a reasonable timeframe. They do take reservations too. Our food wait time from order to delivery at our table was really good and as we said the food is delicious. A big shout out and thank you to the staff: Greg, Alizee, Marion, Sophie, Solene, Valerie, Cloe, Morgane, and Florene, as well as the cooks in the back. Oh, and they have unique beers here specifically brewed with D-Day themes.

Quick lunch with our tour group. I had the D-day burger and fries, while the hubby had fish and chips and the teen had chicken. Lunch was yummy and served quickly even though they were really busy!

After visiting the d-day beaches in normandy, we had our second meal out in the amaizing place. 2 outstanding fish and chips, Best ever, steak au poivre with a cheese sauce, Best ever tasting oysters, au natural and one kids had a burger. The stand out was the fish was cooked an a batter that I think was also dipped in rice noodles before frying which created this magnificent crunch. The tarter sauce was incredible beat mine which I thought was the best. If your out that was definitely worth a visit, the name put me off at the start but I was wrong. Great service too from our amaizing waiter. Thanks for a memorable meal.

Hotel was clean and what you would expect - what really stood out was how nice the staff was, they were super friendly and made dinner reservations for us, we ate lunch there and the staff did not have an English menu and personally translated everything from the chalk board menu.
Breakfast was nice! Location is great for seeing all the historical D-Day sites. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good. The Croque Madame and Monsieur was delicious. Our service was fairly quick. The reviews seem really skewed toward tourists expecting fast service. If you have time, just chill out and get some fries.

Good and tasty food for a moderate price. We had seafood pasta and omlett as main menue and crepes as dessert and everything was delicious. Fast and friendly service, we only waited like 15 minutes to have beer and food in front of us. We can't understand the negative ratings, we had a nice and welcoming stay and enjoyed our time.
