Excellent culinary experience!

It was a delightful evening. The food was delicious, a subtle combination of multiple tastes. Both the chef and the waitress were friendly and took the time to check on us and talk a little bit. We were seated outside and it was very peaceful with almost no traffic passage around 8pm. Prices were more than reasonable for the quality and the quantity (just take a look at the profiteroles to have an idea).

Definitely worth a try if you're in the Alsace region!

Great food with friendly and attentive service. Each dish is subtly different with its own specialty. Strongly recommend to anyone traveling around that area.

Wonderful experience despise the noisy children

We went at the restaurant on a sunday evening. Everything was good and fresh, a wonderful blend of savoury french food with a twist of modernity! The service was professional yet discrete. Both the waitress and the boss were very kind to us.
Sadly, we could hear some children playing and vocalizing from the isolated little nook we were sitted at. The staff apologized multiple times and then gifted us the coffee.
Sorry to read that the supposed parents that were with us that night didn't share this thought ! We highly recommend it, looking forward to our next visit!

Angel took care of us and she was just the loveliest person I have met.
The food was amazing
We took 3 entries:
The snails with Roquefort 11/10
The goat salad 12/10
The poached egg 8/10

We took 4 plates:
The risotto with mushroom 7/10
The pavé saumon 12/10
The duck 12/10
The liver 11/10

Everything was excellent to be honest.
The place is very calm, plays classic music and offers a good view of the town if you are sitting next to the window.

It is an amazing place. The food is always perfect and the service extremely nice.

Having dined at many restaurants over the years, my wife and I had our first Michelin star experience here, and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, meeting every expectation and then some. The food was nothing short of perfection, a symphony of flavors that danced on our palates. To top it off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such an elevated dining experience. This restaurant is truly a gem, and we can't recommend it enough to those seeking a culinary journey to remember.

Impressive food and great service! We planned an easy dinner with colleagues which turned out to be such a remarkable experience. The chef came and talked in a very friendly manner with us. The food was so delivcious and beatifully served. I'd recommend the Tartar and the smoked salmon as well as the Creme Brule. Will definatley visit it again next time I'm in Alsas.

We had an absolute splendid experience at this restaurant! Delicous food very nicely presented at an absolute fair price! We'll come again when we are in the region. Besides French they also spoke German and English.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Les plats étaient délicieux, raffinés et recherchés. Nous avons goûté une cuisine traditionnelle avec une touche de modernité. Le service était impeccable. Nous avons été très bien conseillés sur les vins, nous avons pu découvrir un Sylvaner de la région.
Le repas fût correctement rythmé, nous n’avons pas attendu. Nous souhaitons encore remercier la demoiselle qui nous a servi et conseillé. Je vous conseille ce restaurant dans lequel nous passerez une soirée très agréable.

Que dire...du début à la fin, tout a été parfait !
Cherchant un restaurant proche de Neuf brisach, nous n'avons aucun regret et reviendront avec envie !
Le restaurant est bien placé, le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Concernant le repas, la cuisine y est si savoureuse...de l'entrée au dessert ! Bravo à toute l'équipe

Dîner en couple hier sur la terrasse de ce restaurant. Endroit calme dans un joli petit village.
Accueil très chaleureux avec une serveuse vraiment gentille qui n'est pas avare de conseils et de suggestions sur la carte et les boissons.
La cuisine ne propose que des produits frais et locaux. Saveurs et dressages assez recherchés et il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Un endroit à recommander, nous y reviendrons si nous avons l'occasion de repasser par là.

Spontan abgebogen ins Dorf Wolfganzen und auf das unscheinbare französische Restaurant gestoßen. Wir haben diese Entscheidung wirklich nicht bereut, sehr leckeres Essen, beginnt mit Froschschenkel, dann ein super zartes Stück gegrilltes Rindfleisch und zum Dessert Schokolade puro. Wie waren glücklich und haben gleich den nächsten Besuch gefixt.

Une équipe de jeunes qui se lance et s'investit à fond.
En cuisine comme en salle, difficile de trouver à redire. Beaucoup de rigueur et de passion, les plats sont complexes et aboutis, une partie de la carte change régulièrement, le service est impeccable.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Mit kleiner aber feinen Karte. Die Küche wie auch die Bedienung ist Exzellent. Wie in Frankreich üblich, gibt es auch Mittagskarte. Sehr gute Weinauswahl. Hausgemachter Nachtisch!

Ottimo ristorante, si mangia molto bene, prodotti di qualità serviti in un ambiente molto gradevole e di classe. La ragazza che serve in sala estremamente gentile e professionale. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, super consigliato

Nous avons déjeuné pour l'anniversaire de ma femme et ce fut une excellente découverte à tous les niveaux, dommage il pleuvait... cela nous obligera à revenir pour la terrasse. Des produits de saison bien travaillés et un service fort aimable, je recommande car les bons restaurants de village de ce genre ce font rares. Merci pour ce délicieux moment.
