Restaurant Le Guethenoc

Stopped here for a very needed cold beer in the middle of the day, and what a great place to just sit and enjoy a cool drink, under the canopy and watch the world pass by!

Nice to see the Guethenoc back to it's best, it is such a nice setting being in a restored medieval building, and the menu is excellent. The salads here are particularly good, the meat dishes are great and the service is very friendly. It's a very romantic spot for a dinner for two. Highly recommend.

Great place, been there 3 times during our visit. The pizzas are amazing, they really taste as good as the ones in the high end pizzerias in Naples. Also the menu is not only in French but in English as well and the servers are friendly and speak English. I would recommend the cider and a pizza for your menu.

Giving this a five, might be a four-and-a-half, but nowhere near a three! ;-) Been here many times over the years, and since it changed hands still the best of Josselin and a favourite place for us as a family and a couple. As the new Patron says, they are artisans - not FAST FOOD. Don't let that worry you, pizza generous, well-priced wine (not half bad!), excellent cider, free wi-fi (don't hide behind your computer, but enjoy the lovely old interior. Oh, and if you forget your wallet, like I did that time, the boss was fairly accommodating - for a Frenchman, dealing with an English! Excellent place.

Great restaurant in the centre of Josselin, can recommend the mussels and they also do a great burger. Nice to sit and soak up the atmosphere of this historic village...
