A wonderful "boulangerie" inside a wonderful colmar-building. A lot of delicios kind of french food, backery. Fresh, tasty, diverse and good prices.

The pastries look delicious. I wanted to buy one of everything, but I restrained myself. I will have to come back to Colmar just because the millefeuille's cream layers looks so thick, I have to try it.

Quick service, tasty almond croiassant for breakfast.

Our airbnb was very close to this and we quickly became regular visitors. Good prices, good products, and super cute on the outside. We didn't speak any french, but they were patient with us and there was good customer service. We enjoyed their sweets, their breakfast patries, and I also noticed that their bread was very good. We got a grande loaf and had it sliced, and it was perfect: crisp and thin crust, with a moist airy crumb on th inside. I also noticed that they had a small shelf of souvenirs that were much cheaper than at other stores. I think that my favorite thing of all was their pretzel with fromage. I grabbed a couple to go as we headed out of town, and oh how I wished I grabbed them all. They were so buttery, soft, and the fromage was a nice addition.

I personally loved crossants: it’s perfect for me, a bit sweet, fluffy inside and a bit crunchy outside, i didn’t feel like i eat butter with dough

They have really really good baguette. Taste amazing and very cheap too! I was very happy to have their breads.

Reasonably priced, huge eclairs…not our favorite in town but still very good!

Alter traditionelle Baeckerei die noch bezahlbar ist bei den horenten Preisen in Colmar.. Zum Snacken u Kaffee holen perfekt.. Baguette und alle Stückchen zu haben... Sehr nette Bedienung... Essen kann man dann wunderbar im Park um die Ecke am alten Hospital

Das ist die einzige richtige Bäckerei im Stadtzentrum. Hier wird hinten in der Backstube alles gebacken. Auch die Eclairs sind frisch, nicht aufgetaut! Der Kugelhupf ist der frischeste und “saftigste”, den ich bisher in Colmar entdeckt habe. Die Croissants und petits pains sind auch zu empfehlen. Mein Tipp: der kleine Kugelhupf mit Zimt!!!
