This is the huge supermarket in Colmar, many variety and cheaper price compare the supermarket inside old town, if you don’t mind to spend 30 mins by walk. Or you can simply take a bus or drive to this supermarket. Meat here is more fresh.

Huge supermarket, very good prices, and great selection of wines of course. they even have inside a dedicated "caveau" with top and expensive wines from France.
