Rénovant l’appartement de ma fille, nous sommes régulièrement chez Castorama actuellement. Nous avons eu un souci de malfaçons sur un lot de parquet et pour éviter de trop nous faire attendre, surtout avec les fêtes, ils ont pris la décision de nous échanger les paquets défectueux, donc très arrangeant.
De plus, je donne particulièrement 5⭐ à Christelle à l’accueil qui est toujours à votre écoute, efficace, serviable et tout cela avec le Sourire. C’est vraiment très très agréable.

Tolles Geschäft immer ein Schnäppchen gemacht gute Ware ein Mitarbeiter junger hat mich schon 2 mal versucht zu verarschen das ist traurig weiß nicht ob er etwas gegen deutsche hat ist mir so vorgekommen sollte die Geschäftsführung mal danach schauen hat selbst aber nichts mit dem Geschäft zu tun gehe gerne dort hin
