Fantastic tour, very friendly and helpful guide who dealt well with a mixed French and English speaking group. Lovely cave, amazing geology, and a great view from the entrance out over the valley. Well worth the visit.

The is visit is guided which is appreciated. The cave is not huge, not as big as others but a lot of beautiful things.

An exceptionally beautiful rock cave and a must to see. Our fantastic guide lady was so wonderful and explained every tiny detail about the history and formation of the cave. Thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour and the cave. Highly recommend this place.

Had a fantastic visit today and what a surprise. Not a huge cave, but so much to see and understand; took far too many pictures. An overwhelming experience. Our knowledgeable and sociable guide made our visit even more special.

Excellent tour by our host who brilliantly captured the history behind the cave, and the rock formations. Spending almost 3 hours on site.

Nice cave, very good tour and very friendly guide. We did not speak French, but after every talk to the rest of the group she explained extra for us in English.

An utterly fascinating and truly privileged insight into what has been formed by something that we take for granted - water!
Exceptionally knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide (who's English was extremely good) followed by a most interesting view of what the area used look like!
Very good restaurant, serving good food and wine all reasonably priced!

We would recommend this tour. Our guide Elizabeth was very informative and although the tour was in French, she also explained some parts in English.

The grotto was great, lovely lady, called Elizabeth took us around, cave was large, beautiful and a very pleasant 16c.

My favourite cave. Lots of stairs to the entrance but after that the cave itself is beautiful, and you're aloud to take pictures! (No flash). Loads and loads of calcite crystals and formations and the guide was great fun. She showed so much knowledge and obviously loved her job and we fed off her enthusiasm. Magical place.

I waited till my son and his girlfriend could visit us to go to see this and it did not disappoint. The cave is situated up a flight of stairs, but once you are there and enter the cave it is magical. Quite narrow and low in places, but totally authentic and fascinating. I wouldn't advise taking kids under the age of eight, but for older teenagers and adults it was interesting. We personally found it very interesting an our guide Elisabeth was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. In a small group this is well worth the visit. My son said it was the highlight of his visit to the Dordogne (he's doing Geography at Uni). Big car park and restaurant on site. Interesting 3D film presentation too.

Amazing cave, well worth a visit. The main tour guide is actually English but most tours are conducted in French with small asides for other languages. There is a booklet available in English to browse as well. Even without the full tour it is still a great way to spend an hour - at a cool 16C too!
