Great shop for tech and books. Helpful staff.

First, if you are going into a physical store to buy something expect to pay more because a store has to pay for overhead and staff. That said, for some things I want to buy I want to be able to see the items in person before I buy and I want to be able to ask questions about the item and I also want to be able to return it in person if I need to. So, paying a little more to get the item myself is okay. This store has a great selection and is at a great location for public transportation, and the salespeople are friendly and helpful if you at least try to speak some French. Make the effort or at least have a pocket French dictionary if you come to France and want to shop!!!

Got all the stuff I wanted... & Found a bits that are not even available in the UK. Thank you soooo much. Always look forward to coming here to see what I can find.

The place is quite big and houses a good variety of electronic items and of all the major brands like Apple, Samsung, Xaomi etc. There are refurbished items sold as well.

Quite a good place as you can find almost any electronic stuff you are looking for. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and some of them do speak English.

If you speak English as a first language you can find DVD's and cd's ....books(a small section) here on the second and third floors. There's a lot of modern technology on the first floor . You can buy tickets for shows. A really interesting shop to look around.When you buy something the cash registers are on the second floor.

I visit rarely this place to check out the new phones or iPad.
You can find your favorite phone or laptop or aven you can find your favorite Camera.

Best one to purchase electronics. I have been to other FNAC branches in another cities. But FNAC nantes is very huge with different brands in quantity and quality as well. Customer service is also noted

Very nice place where to have a good time.It's in the downton Nantes and you can reach it very easily by bus or by tram,it is clean and full of nice goods to buy,it is also safe thanks to the security service,so I defenitly suggest you to visit it

Huge variety of electronics and books

Nice place to hang out and sympathetic staff. Only one problem, there is too many stuff everywhere, it's hard to find one thing in particular sometimes.

The employees help you to find what you need. Even if there is a headphone which is not on display for the customer to use and check, the employees actually help in case they have it.
