Was served by Julie today, would like to say the best customer service I’ve had there! She went the extra mile today with such kindness!

She took her time at making a conversation which was nice but also she gave me a free reusable bag (normally £2) as I was saying how I always forgot my bags and each week I’m paying for a new one, she then worked out how much I would spend a year on bags which was about £52 so she decided to save me trouble and do a kind gesture to giving me a reusable bag to carry with me which can fit nicely in my pocket so I never forget !

I just thought what lovely customer service that was going the extra mile:) so I’ll defo be signing up now for a Waitrose membership!

Great location, helpfull staff, plenty of free parking spaces up to 1.5 hours. Aways stocked up, easy to find what you need, not the largest of stores but nevertheless there is all you need

Very well controlled social distancing. The staff were very helpful. Felt relaxed shopping. We'll done Waitrose!

Always good quality but the prices are creaping up and showing quit considerably at the till. All we have come to expect from waitrose and free parking. Always well stocked. This has to be one of their outlets with the politest and most helpful staff i have come across. If the rest of the world is long faced just nip in and get a few treats or essentials and you will come out lighter.

Staff are super lovely here. They are helpful and always willing to assist. They have a great variety of produce. Including garden plants and tools outside the store.

They provide a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of fresh meat options. They have offers on the weekends. And always provide big discounts before they close on a Sunday.

A wide variety of alcohol and non-alcoholic options and drinks like squash. They also have a large card and wrapping paper section. There are also kitchen tools like plates and mugs. They also sell weighing scales.

Lots of options to choose from. Whats not to like.

Possibly the easiest Christmas food shop I've ever done. Well organised and queues at the tills were minimal. Superb job by all the staff including the trolley guy who was a cheerful chap.

Sharon on the meat and fish counter made my evening she gave us 2 rainbow trouts ( where already reduced down)for free!!! And a great deal on fillet steak wonderful women need more people lole that in life cannot thank her enough 😊

I visited the shop today and I just have to say thank you to all the staff.
Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. It made shopping a pleasure rather than a chore.

Very clean, lots of room, never experienced a lack of products and is my go to shop for difficult to find food items. Staff have always been super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

I like the size of it, not too tiny, but also not a massive place, which means I'm able to make my shopping quickly and stock on everything I need in one place. Staff is always helpful, smiling and generally nice. Two coffee machines in place for Waitrose Cardholders, toilets for customers (including disabled one) and ample parking most of the time. Parking gets busy in peak times, but usually possible to find a place even then.

A very pleasant Waitrose store containing everything you could need. As always, there is a very quality of food and produce available in store. Having been a customer here many times, I would certainly highly rate the store and recommend you try shopping here.

Nice store with great staff. The wonderful thing about Waitrose is that the staff are shareholders with a real interest in the business and looking after their customers. Waitrose in Frimley Green has good car parking, terrible checkouts, and a really interesting range of items in store. The fish and meat counters (and the wines section) are particularly good. They also do some of the best ready meals around.

Love the food there.. Only problem is.. That its not waitrose fault.. But a little bit of shopping in today's world is to expensive! Staff always friendly top

What a lovely experience on Sunday just needed to get a couple of things, I went to the kiosk to pay, where a charming young lady called Amelia served me, she took the trouble to compliment me on my outfit. As a Senior it was a lovely gesture.

The staff at Waitrose Frimley are kind, compassionate and were incredibly helpful to me. I am beyond grateful for your assistance with the last minute roses and pins that you made on the day of my grandmothers funeral.

Adaptly quickly and well to virus restrictions. Good management support of staff and customers and communications. Collection point for John Lewis purchases also has been helpful in "normal" times.
