I bought an electric oven to replace my old gas. In the store they organised a team to come and remove the very old gas connection and connected the electric. Even though it was smaller. Everyone friendly and efficient. Thank you I am satisfied with the service.

Bought a Logitech PC headset for £120 11 months ago.

The last few days, its been playing up. The right side randomly cuts out.

When I bought it, I purchased the 3 year cover for it. No idea why I agreed to it because I don't normally and I forgot. Looking for my receipt I found it attached to the receipt email.

Took them back today, showed Matt my receipt and he was incredibly helpful. He took my headset, pressed some buttons and produced me a credit note for the value because they didn't have the exact replacement and told me I can pick any other set I wanted.

Had a wander around the store, did some searching on the website, picked a set and walked out with a Steelseries headset shortly after.

Matt was great, and the cover I forgot I paid for, paid for itself.

I had a quick question to ask regarding laptops. I spoke with Jay who was very knowledgeable with the software already loaded onto the HP laptops and demonstrated exactly what I needed to see. Jay was extremely polite as well.

This Curry PC workd is in a retail park in Farnborough with massive free parking spaces. Staff is very kind and friendly. It also has next to it Home sense, TK Maxx, Next Outlet, McDonalds etc. Long opening hours and all stores stay open till 8pm.

Always had a positive experience when visiting this store. Staff go out of their way if possible to help find the product you’re after or help locate it at another store if needed.
10/10 for customer service. Won’t hesitate to return when needed. Decent size store and typically good availability.

Great selection of goods. Went for dishwasher and it was in stock so took it away.

Collected my new television from there and I am delighted with the staff and the currys website performance for giving me a high speed service when my television give up it's ghost, with the family screaming at me to do something about it, currys came out on top.

Excellent range of electronic goods. Even if they don't have what you want in stock, then it will be delivered in a few days. Prices are competitive with similar providers, but here you get the look and feel, plus expert advice is available.

Very popular place to visit, very busy.
Lots of very knowledgeable staff to help and help they do! I came away with a 65"TV and a sound bar. (Actually the TV is on order.) If you are in the market for a new telly and want a good price with free advice, this should be your first stop. Very pleased indeed. Thanks guys and girls.

We purchased a tumble drier recently. Unfortunately it stopped working after only a couple of weeks. However, they were very quick at changing it so 5 stars.

We were first being helped by a young lad, who was a bit lost with what he was doing, however he took us to another person, who was absolutely fantastic. His name is Sagar. He was extremely knowledgeable about his store and the products being sold. He gave very helpful tips and advice about the products we were purchasing. Sagar took the time time ask questions, to ensure we were getting the best set up and promotion deals, for our needs. He did not push the most expensive, just suggested the most appropriate for our needs. I would definitely trust being served by Sagar again. His openness and great service, makes us want to purchase all of our future planned items, at this store. Sagar is a credit to Curry's and the Farnborough branch. The only gripe I have ,is to have the store set up our laptop with all of the antivirus and other product, it meant staying next to my phone, ready for a phone call at anytime. I have been waiting, and missed a call from a private number when I nipped to the loo. Very frustrating as no number to call back, so I have to wait again. Curry's please text or email with an hour allotted time slot for the call.

Can’t thank Joe, Jeremy and Tim enough for helping resolve an on-going issue I had with the purchase of a faulty phone
back in April. They were very good at their individual roles within the branch and should be rewarded for their hard work as they are a credit to Currys. I’ve worked in recruitment within a corporate company for years and believe me when I say, hard workers like these guys are hard to come by so appreciate them before another company does.
