New Inn

We went for a lovely meal yesterday about 7 o’clock in the evening. We had some wonderful food and great service. Our server was sue She was very nice friendly accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Sue is asset to your team. The whole team is absolutely marvellous wonderful.

Went here for my parents 55th Anniversary meal. Seated 14 of us together no problem. Good food. Bought out quickly. Nice and hot. Good selection and very reasonably priced. Especially with the NHS discount!

Just started to go to The New Inn again. It's a lot better than the last time we went. Very helpful staff, food choices was good and the food was great. Will be coming back very soon.Thanks to all of the staff.

We love Sue! She's always happy and knows exactly what we want on our complicated orders. She knows my father in law wants a pot of mayo and is happy to accommodate. The foods always hot and fresh. No complaints here

Came to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress Kirsty was excellent, and was very kind and helped take group photos, and was very polite. Keith behind the bar was quick and efficient, and made great drinks

Food was good value. Thank you sue for delivering great customer service. Atmosphere was excellent, would come again.

It was a Saturday night, we hadn't booked, the first pub we tried was fully booked, but luckily the New Inn had a few tables left. The food was good, and we were informed of the 45 minute delay when we ordered.

Brilliant Service, came to the New Inn as part of a party for 20 people and couldn't have had a better service. Lewis took great care, was very welcoming and allowed us time before to set up the area. Food was great and pleasantly surprised for the good prices. Will definitely come back, thanks Lewis for making it a great night

As a carer accessing the community with a client,the new inn is a firm favourite place to dine out for the food ,atmosphere snd especially the service inperticularly waitress SUE who goes above and beyond each week with her delightful and hardworking attitude, often under pressure as busy but is totally courteous, competent and professional, a true asset to the new inn at hawley !!!

Haven't been here in years and it was a lovely welcome, Sue was a good laugh and lovely towards us and our colouring 😂, definitely will be returning!!

Fantastic food and service. The bar has a lovely atmosphere and everyone is welcome. They always have the sports and deals on.

Just had my Christmas Dinner round at the New Inn.
Salmon for starter, traditional roast and all the trimmings followed by Zesty lemon tart with fresh raspberries and raspberry sorbet. The servings were large and couldn’t finish the pudding.
The service was excellent, we weren’t rushed even though we had to give ourselves plenty of time between main course and pudding.

Had a wonderful meal and great service. 😃

Would defiantly come back service was brilliant food was amazing the steak melted in ur mouth if you have not been you need to 100% recommended
