I’m seriously impressed with the service off these guys. Ordered a new Weber with a load of accessories and it was delivered next day with superb updates and tracking. If ya considering an online Weber purchase don’t go anywhere else 10/10

I made a three hour journey to see a complete choice of charcoal BBQ's from Webber at Riverside. The lady was super helpful explaining a great deal. A few days later we bought a Webber master touch charcoal bbq and the rotisserie.From ordering to delivery was no more than two days; excellent service. I forgot the charcoal starter tower but managed to get that locally. The bbq and proper Webber rotisserie is amazing. We did research a cheaper option on Amazon but the Webber one fits like a glove and the quality of the build is second to none: you get what you pay for.The only thing we do differently is we do not use webber briquettes as the 'fuel' flavour imparted to food is awful so we use proper charcoal and actually one made for the Big green egg as you taste food not fuel. The charcoal starter tower works excellently for this proper charcoal as well and they last just as long.

Really enjoyed the visit here and got my Traeger! Friendly and helpful. Worth the drive (for me from Hereford!)

Recent order DPD undelivered 2nd part of my parcel and return to RGC - I assumed it had been stolen from my doorway - Whoever I spoke with, was lovely and handle my request to hold the parcel until I returned from Holiday and was redelivered without fuss on my chosen day. Thanks agin

Purchased Roccbox pizza oven . Great price, great product, quick seamless delivery and perfect communication. Extra help videos sent to enable users to get most from product are a nice touch. 10/10

Visited Riverside Garden Centre today for a peruse of the Weber Goods, whilst loading my trolley with the variety Weber goodies - similar to that of a kid in a sweet store. The staff were very helpful and offered assistance. Their knowledge of the ranges and different Weber attachments was brilliant 👏, when cashing out - one of the staff asked if I found everything I was looking for. To which I responded no, as they didn't have the item in stock. However, one of the staff said to hold on - low and behold came back with what I was looking for. Charcoal grate for a Weber summit, it was secondhand from the cooking school - and they offered it FOC. Truly a memorable experience, and love going there because of the huge range of Braai (BBQ) goods.

Spent a day here today on a super excellent BBQ course. Very friendly people. We cooked tons of delicious food, I'm stuffed. The tips and advice on how to and what to BBQ, all top stuff. This course may seem expensive but in my opinion it is good value and you have two chefs to train/help you.
I have also purchased BBQs online from here and they were all delivered promptly.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. My go to place for bbq rubs, sauces and other bits that you need. Their Gozney range is really impressive and I have always been able to get what I need.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced & enough room to walk around, which some places don't seem to understand! I'm not local but will always come back here.

I attended the 7 hour BBQ Masterclass and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to hone their BBQ skills. Thanks to Andrew and Joe, I found the course both informative and enjoyable. Not only was it a hands on experience where you get to cook the food, there was also plenty to eat. Value for money, would definitely recommend.

Had some great deals on Weber BBQ stuff on Black Friday but was even more impressed with the service. Must have been an exceptionally busy day, but they managed to despatch within an hour and my order arrived the next working day, all fully tracked. Really impressed and grateful.

The real test of an organisation is how they put right a mistake. I was sent wrong colour cushions. The mistake was corrected and an exchange delivery was organised very promptly. Thanks and well done.
