Great service from Jake and the team. I booked my car in for a full service and everything was completed perfectly and very professionally. They didn't try and charge me for anything else, just the service and for a great price. Thank you!

all OK, kept to booked time, only small thing had a couple of error messages on dash which only arrived when with them which they had to note on MOT cert, as soon as I started the engine they disappeared, maybe they should have done that !!

My tyre gauge on the car broke, so I was unable to get air into the tyre, and this was on a Sunday morning. Went to Formula One and received an excellent service in an emergency.

These guys are excellent when it comes to customer service. Even though they're extremely busy constantly, they made the time to check my tyre and changed a valve in 5 minutes!

I noted down on paper the manufacturer, tyre size and other features from an existing wheel and keyed this information to the online website. This presented 3 options and I phoned my local F1 branch who were very helpful and verified a correct and appropriate match. As a result I continued online to select a F1 branch + date and time for the fitting and completed the purchase. Extremely straight forward and would highly recommend.

Competitive prices and good service. A lot cheaper than the equivalent service at a Nissan main dealer. If your car is out of warranty it’s a no brainier. Good on tyres and brakes.

Took my car in to check the tyres as I had a typre pressure warning which may have been linked to an MOT advisory notice on one of the tyres. Stayed in the waiting room and the service was very quick. Received no charge for the check which was very much appreciated at this was performed at short notice. Would highly recommend.

I always feel comfortable taking my car here, they’re always honest and give you a full breakdown of what might be required. If they can repair instead of replace, they give you that option.
Love being able to watch the workshop out of the large bay windows of the waiting room too.

Very professional lads. Called me before get the job done to let me know about an issue my car had, explaining the whole scenario and ask for permission. Also they sorted out a punch on my Smart for a fairly good price in no time at all.

Our tyre blew out on the motorway, we were in a hurry to get up north for a wedding - they made sure to get the tyre changed quickly, and also fitted in a tyre pressure check and fluid check which saved us time, as we were going to do this ourselves after getting the tyre changed. Very happy! Highly recommend!

Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy service. I booked my car in for an MOT and service online with no issues. You can leave you car in the secure car park and post keys through the letter box if you are needing to get to work etc earlier than they open. They do not do any additional work on your car without asking you first and explained to me clearly, with a quote any further work for recommendation should I wish to proceed, however I did not feel pressured to do this like some mencahnics do. All of the staff here were very friendly, professional and mostly trustworthy. I am a young clueless (when it come to cars) girl and felt like the staff here were honest and not trying to con me! Will definitely return! Very reasonably priced as well. :)

Needed 2 new tyres on the front. Ordered online and was contacted to notify that they couldn’t get the tyres that I needed but could get the next best thing which I accepted. Attended above at my agreed time and tyres were fitted, balanced and tracked within an hour. Great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks

Great service, really friendly, very pleased. booked for an mot, completed on time and called me as soon as was complete. They noticed a fault not part of the test and fixed 24 hours later (instead of the 2 days they estimated) very pleased and will definitely return. Excellent service from Hertford Formula One. The staff are very polite and helpful. This is my favourite garage in the area and it is in a great location if you need to wait.

I had my first experience visiting Formula One tyres Hertford for the first time. After moving into the area, I had struggled to find somewhere trustworthy and easy to deal with in terms of tyre fitters. But Formula One Hertford really impressed me from start to finish. Great prices, very available in terms of appointments (mine was 2/3 days after payment online), customer service was pleasant (even from the tyre fitter himself) and they were really quick with fitting my 2 tyres and doing my balances. Will always go here for my tyres etc in the future. Brilliant service. Thank you!
