I use this store frequently. It’s a really good size and has a great selection of clothes and homeware. The click and collect service is handy also. I’ve picked up small Ikea orders at the store. I’ve never had any issues in the 8 years I’ve been a customer at this store.

I like this Matalan above all others. There new homeware is amazing. I said to my friend lets go there after we couldn't park at John Lewis and she thought I was mad but had to admit, once she saw the amazing cushions and homeware, that I was right! Easy parking and generally OK staff. Regular visitor with no problems except it is really hot in the Summer so I avoid.

Good value for money can be a bit old fashioned so u have to have a good look at ladies clothes very good selection of mens clothung

Initially I was suspicious of the cheap prices, but the clothes fit me very well and things last as well as clothing from other places. This particular store is also fairly pleasant shopping experience as it never gets too busy and the staff on the tills are usually friendly, or at very least quirky!

Got loads of Xmas presents well pleased the wife loved it

Had a good experience today at Hertford Matalan. Good sale deals and Customer Service was good today. Lovely pleasant lady on my till. Got all that I intended to by with my Christmas Voucher and more.

All the range of items expected in Matalan, I have been few times during the week and weekend and never been busy

They have a beautiful selection of homeware items from cushions throws lanterns and bedding also a large ladies and mens department

This is a budget price store that stocks a wide range of clothing and household items. Prices are amazing and products offer real value for money.
