Went to Winchester House for invisalign for my son. The whole process was a very nice experience. I was really impressed with everyone at the practice. Everything was explained clearly by Sian. Have now had the clear aligners and have been fitted by Ahmed who is great and put us at ease. I am pleased we chose this practice and recommend highly.

My first appointment at the Winchester House was fantastic. The reception staff gave a very warm and friendly welcome and I did not have to wait long at all to be seen to. My dentist Supundi was excellent. She had ran me through everything thoroughly, giving me helpful advice and walked me through the X-Rays clearly, allowing for a better understanding of my oral health. Thank you very much and I look forward to returning!

Really great experience here! Ahmed really looked after my two young children and made them feel at ease - and he was incredibly thorough with my check up, highlighting important issues my previous dentist has never noticed/mentioned! Very glad to have joined this practice.

I've had four appointments with Winchester house and every time the staff have been friendly and professional.
I've had a number of treatments and both of the dentists and the dental nurses have been great. They've explained everything clearly, and ensured each step of the procedures that I've been alright and told me how things are proceeding which was a great relief.
The practice itself is always clean and presentable.

Called this dentist for an emergency appointment and within 1 hour they got back to me with same day appointment. I received composite bonding, which completely transformed my chipped front tooth, it now looks amazing. Staff are extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable throughout aswell as really helpful with advice and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend this dentist! :)

I emailed through the night for an emergency appointment whilst on holiday. It was arranged within 30 minutes. I arrived at 11am and was out within the hour with a dental plan , antibiotics and a temporary filling. Winchester were very gentle and thorough. Highly recommend

This dentist is a game changer! I've been so nervous of the dentist for years after bad experiences. These dentists are absolutely fantastic! I've never felt so safe and both fillings haven't hurt a bit! Not nervous about coming here at all! Worth every penny! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joined the practice today as a new patient and am greatly impressed with their excellent service. I was very anxious, but Ahmed put all my nerves at ease by treating me with compassion and being nothing except non-judgmental, friendly and supportive. I was even able to have a hygienist appointment immediately after the consultation, which they quickly booked me in for and I really appreciated. Everyone that I spoke to and was treated by was very supportive, patient and welcoming. I was contacted by email immediately following my visit, following up the appointment and reiterating their recommendations, and asking me to contact if I wanted to discuss anything further. I have just completed my Invisalign journey at Winchester House and I am so pleased with my results. The process took a little longer due to a couple of stubborn teeth, but the process really has been worth it. Ahmed has been excellent throughout the process and patiently listened to any concerns. Not only do I finally have a great smile, my bite has also improved, I thoroughly recommend Invisalign treatment at Winchester house.

I had a chipped tooth which happened on Thursday 28th of December 2023, and I was due to fly out to New Zealand for a month on the Saturday, so this was definitely an emergency!

I called my own practice who informed me there was no dentist available, even though they were open for emergencies, which was frustrating to say the least!

After a quick Google, I found several dentists in my area, Winchester House being one of them. I called and left details with them, alongside calling several other places.

They called back within half an hour to offer me an appointment in an hour's time!

I arrived at the surgery, which was clean and professional with friendly staff. I was seen by Ahmed who was friendly, professional and very informative.

He provided a detailed and extensive explanation of the underlaying cause of the chip, which I was unawares of (despite attending my current dentist annually).

He informed me that I grind/clench my teeth and took photos to show me the damage and wear, explained clearly what he was going to do to repair the job, which included needed to build up 3 additional teeth to help even out the pressure of my bite and reduce the risk of the repair being damaged with future grinding/clenching.

Ahmed advised me on the steps of what he would do (if I were his patient) to lessen the likelihood of future damage. This included a mouth guard, teeth straightening and Botox to lessen the grip on the muscles around my jaw which he described as 'body builder muscles' due to the extensive over work and tension from grinding/clenching!

This is my first ever google review and I realise it's a small novel, but I felt completed to leave it after receiving some of the best dental care I ever received and to top it off, Ahmed kindly only charged for the cost of the initial damaged tooth repair and not the 3 surrounding teeth he also built up... Which was especially helpful as I'd already spend all my saving on my trip to New Zealand!

Would highly recommend the service!

Thank you to Ahmed and the team, the flights and trip were greatly improved not having to deal with a chipped tooth for four weeks! I've also already purchased a mouth guard, and am I realising just how much I grind and clench my teeth!

Genuinely the nicest dental practice I’ve ever been to! I felt that I got really honest advice - it didn’t feel like I was being pushed to have more treatment or appointments than I needed and I got a sticker too! 😂

Excellent service, seen me on a Sunday (emergency appointment) arranged antibiotics for me and checked the pharmacy was open for to collect that day.
