Caravan was a bit tired and few doors broken, outside was messy but it was cleaned when we mentioned to reception.
Penally is about 10 mins drive from the main part where the club and all amenities are for haven penally doesn’t have shops, entertainment etc but it’s perfect for families that prefer a more peaceful safe environment. Tenby is absolutely beautiful everyone is friendly
We would definitely come back

Lovely quite sister park to haven kiln, 10 minute walk to the sandy beach, train station right outside the entrance. By far my personal favourite.

Lovely caravan. Penally is the sister of Kiln Park. It's a lot quieter then the main park. Only 5 minutes away so you can use all the facilities there. The caravan was a lovely size. The main bedroom had its own bathroom but only a toilet and sink no shower. The main bathroom had the shower so we had to share between 3 of us so that was fine. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances. Just remember to pack tea towels, cleaning items, Towels and toilet rolls as none of that is provided.

Secure, clean and brilliant park. Nice people everywhere and great little park and good playing field. Would Def recommend a stay. Phone reception is terrible but that's good if you need to switch off.

Just came home from a week away on our first family holiday. Just want to say thank you so much to all of the Haven staff (entertainers, reception staff, restaurant/bar workers, cleaners and security). Considering times have been a bit gloomy during Covid, we felt everyone made our stay extra special. We arrived at our caravan and beds were made up on arrival. The caravan was very clean, with everything in good working order. The security were superb in helping us, for instance getting the fire started and answering any questions. Staff came to the caravan in a short space of time to show us what to do. We made the most of the facilities with sister site Kiln Park. We used the indoor pool once, which was great for our little girl especially with there being a slide. The facilities were very clean with plenty of lifeguards around the pool. Management were very helpful in booking us a table at live lounge. The app works however we needed to contact them, as you can't use parts of the app if you are staying at Penally Court. They made sure we had a low level table, and service at the table was regular. The entertainers were outstanding with including our 3 year old daughter. They even went out of their way to arrange a visit with anxious elephant. The shop has most of what you would need for a holiday. However we did a food shop before going on holiday. The food on site was of a top standard. Taxi service was also reliable to and from the campsite. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking.

Lovely quiet site with short walk to the beach just across the road to stunning views. Can walk into tenby across the beach. Shop short drive or walkable distance. Can use all kiln park facilities also if you want to!

Lovely and quiet except for the regular train whistles from the station opposite (which I quite enjoyed). No amenities but Kiln Park is just down the road.

I stayed at the Penally court caravan park, it's very clean, well lit and peaceful. The site entrance has automatic barriers and if you need information there is a lounge open during the day. The site has a small park for children to use and a small field for other activities. There is a train station 5 minutes from the site and a gastro pub (cross Inn) or a restaurant (overlander) within walking distance as well.

Lovely staff, super caravan, very entertaining entertainment although sometimes for the wrong reasons... Loads of choice of food, good pool but very small slide they laughingly call a flume. Very clean family changing rooms. Minor problem with our cooker was fixed in 20 mins of calling it in at 6.15pm on a Friday, very impressed.

This is a smaller site than kiln park. It has an outdoor pool and a play park. There is also a launderette on site. You can use the kiln park facilities as this is the sister park. Vans are clean and tidy. Most of them are privately owned.

Very nice site, close to a lovely beach and cliff top walks with stunning views. Only a 25 - 30 minute walk along the beach into Tenby.

We have a caravan in penally court which is part of Kiln park. Great entertainment and reasonably priced food and drink makes this place great for families.

I loved it this year the only thing is that the Internet in the owner lounge in Penally Court doesn't work.
