Lovely staff, great atmosphere, and awesome vibe.
We were visiting Tenby and were looking for coffee places. Everything in the area was closed so we decided to go in here.

It was packed but luckily there was lovely table near the window. We ordered coffee and many other things. The best were the chicken wings. The coffee and hot chocolate were nice too.

There were a lot of people there. Enjoying themself the vibe was great. The staff kept checking if everything was good and they were super sweet.

Great pub with fabulous food. Arrived hungry on a sunny afternoon, grabbed a table outside with the dogs and ordered some lovely food. Rump steak and fantastic mussels from the Specials Board.
Good range of drinks, lovely menu, great atmosphere and excellent service. What a lovely place.

Historic space along with very satisfying food. Ordered fish of the day - Hake. Came with chunky mash, cockles and samphire. It was very fresh and utter delicious. Fish pie is not the usual pastry sort of pie but fish topped w mashed potato and baked. Very delicious though.
Love that they have a series of local craft beer on tap too.

My favourite Tenby pub. If you haven't booked to eat, the friendly staff will keep track of tables and soon find you one. Local Harbwr beer of all sorts, and yummy food, not least the seafood.

Great little find, some great food, really enjoyed the calamari and the mackerel, fresh and cooked spot on, the pulled beef tacos not for the faint hearted, well done guys

Great Tenby pub. Popped in for a couple of beers and lunch. Fabulous menu, with fresh fish on the specials. Excellent selection of local Harbwr Brewery beers. Very busy for a Tuesday in April.
Top notch all round.

Tenby Harbour Brewery beer is amazing, and they had 5 pumps (4 on that day). We didn't eat there but the food looked and smelled amazing. Definitely advise to book as there was barely space for us to sit for drinks. Great gastro pub, but not a traditional pub, any previous charm has been removed

Steak and Ale Pie is the best! Also House Applewood Smoked Pork Bun is nice too. During my 3 day staying at Tenby I came here everyday. It’s always the safest choice when you looking for what to eat.

A lively pub which is popular with locals and tourists. Good selection of alcoholic drinks available at reasonable prices. For those who like to try different ales or gins there are some available from the nearby Harbwr Tenby Harbour Brewery. The food was great, with generous sized portions. The staff were friendly and attentive (when required). Another bonus is the option to sit inside or outside depending on the weather!

Wanted fresh fish and this place never disappoints. My partner had mackerel and I had fish pie, we shared a plate of whole prawns. And it was delicious. Highly recommended if you visit Tenby. We love the Hope & Anchor. Can't wait to eat there again. Staff are lovely too.

I wish I could give a 6th star to this wonderful pub.

A bar area for locals, serving superb local beer from Tenby Harbour Brewery.

A decent menu, but the food is sensational.

We had Steak and Ale Pie, Lamb Cawl, Hake and Gammon. All were absolutely fantastic. Even down to the bread and cheese that came with the Lamb Cawl.
The Steak Pie was off the scale good.

Last words of praise are for the staff, several helpful, friendly and just downright lovely young women. If any ever go to Uni in Loughborough they can come and work at my pub!

We love Tenby, and I'm not sure how we can ever eat anywhere else when we come again!!

Staying a few days in Tenby and promised my partner we would go back to the Hope and Anchor for mussels. Turned up tonight only to find out they had run out 😱. Darcy came to the rescue. She rang the sister pub and found us some mussels. Thank you Darcy you saved our holiday. Bar staff at their best!

Fabulous food for a fair price. Absolutely packed but the food still came in 10 minutes. Plenty of staff. Busy, loud inside, quiet outside, and of course great beer. Brewed in Tenby.
