Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

Stayed in one of the premier plus rooms, very comfortable bed, all the staff were brilliant. The hotel is situated stone throw away from the harbour and main High Street. If you need some bits and bobs there is a Poundland directly next door. Unlimited cooked breakfast was very tasty and worth the money. Will 100% stay again apon my next visit to Tenby.

5* review for Jay from the bar/restaurant. We visited Tenby last year & Jay welcomed us with warmth and kindness towards us and our son. Because of him we returned tonight & yet again his customer service was above and beyond. He is the most polite & friendly young man. His origami skills are amazing & my son was blown away. He deserves recognition for being such a hard worker. Thank you for making our evening even more special.

Great value in the centre of Tenby. Right by the sea. Great staff, very helpful. Paid car park next door or slightly cheaper multi storey a short walk away.

My experience at this Premier Inn in Tenby, was nothing short of exceptional throughout my 2 months stay, thanks to the outstanding staff. While every team member contributed to the hotel's fantastic atmosphere, I must highlight Claire's exceptional service at the reception desk. Amidst the overall excellence, Claire's dedication and warmth truly set her apart, making my stay truly memorable. My sincere appreciation goes out to the entire team, with special recognition for Claire's remarkable contributions.

The venue is excellent for the town centre. The staff are all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Best Premier breakfast ever - and I have stayed in a lot of Premiers!

We have never stated here. But we love the atmosphere in the bar, it's homely and the staff are really helpful. Have been here several times over the year's.

Great location, nice staff, and good quality breakfast. Was told to park in the railway carpark, as it's much cheaper than the one behind the hotel. £4.35 a day if you pay by phone. Bit of a trek with cases if you have mobility problems.

Comfortable hotel in a great location.

Food was great, had both breakfast and dinner here. The meal deal is great value, even after paying supplements for certain items like steak. I liked that the breakfast buffet was filled with items that I actually wanted to eat, unlike most other hotel breakfasts. The hot items were actually kept hot and replenished quickly.

Beds were comfortable and I slept really well. The shower was a powerful rainfall shower.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and clearly worked very hard.

The only slight negative were that refillable things like the shower gel dispenser in the room were empty.

Amazing location, right in the centre of town and a stones throw from multiple beaches.

We stayed for two nights the room was very clean and tidy, The breakfasts were excellent and plenty of it and the staff couldn't do enough for us, The location was excellent too very close to all shops and pubs will be going back in the New Year.

This is an incredibly well situated hotel. Literally a three minute walk and you are at Tenby North Beach.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is the main thing here and even with no on site car parking there is a multi story which was £30 for a week a ten minute walk away.

Really pleased with the hotel, very compfy beds and pillows. Can't fault the food we had dinner and breakfast. Staff really friendly and was disappointed we were only staying the one night we had a family room was great value for money and the shower was amazing. Will definitely go back

Amazing location, the staff are really friendly and accomodating. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. We had breakfast which was great value, dinner was also really good. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Will be back.

Excellent position for shops, beach, walking trails. Friendly and welcoming. Rooms what you expect. Only wish the room window could have opened to let some fresh air in. Would definitely go there again.
