We had a lovely caravan stay amazing location with stunning views. All staff were friendly and helpful in all areas. This site is not over commercialised it just has enough to make it spot on to suit all. we will definitely be coming back in the future 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First visit to this resort , it is very clean , very nice location , quite enough to sleep on night , there is many facilities like swimming pool , kids games , small shop and pubs , not far from Tenby beach 10 minutes by car, you need to bring towels , soap, toilet roll ..etc, also there in no internet connection

Lovely holiday. Shame food rating is only 2* at the time of writing otherwise would have eaten here more often.

We spotted an issue with our accommodation which was quickly sorted.

Stayed in a family owned lodge, been part of 40years we have been to South Wales.Allways wanted a holiday home in Lydstep but the ground rent is just to expensive,so we do the next best thing and rent one off a member of family who can afford it.Really the views you can't put a price on them.Everything on there is brilliant, just hire of caravans, lodges are expensive.

Great for a short break with family, good beach access with plenty to do for children. Wifi limited due to location, limited 4G, which was a blessing in disguise and why it gets 5 stars. If you need access, it is available at the main building and 4G on beaches. Highly recommended

We booked an accessible caravan after just having an operation.
Two beds, both remote, big open shower
Units low and easy decking for wheelchair.
Amazing sea views.
We felt it was too far away from the amenities you have to drive every time.
Big van, it's very narrow to park you can but good driving skills. Cars, no problem.
Beach there is access .
Popular with people who have jet ski and do body boarding.
It's a bay, so not and wave big enough.
It says no dogs on half the beach, but no one applies to the rules. I never saw one dog mess anywhere, so people are very responsible picking it up.
The beach isn't big enough. I feel dogs should use all the beach as it is so quiet anyway.
The weather was around 23C, so it was a perfect quiet beach.
The club is dog friendly in the one half and outside, which was so lovely to see.
Club house is somewhat small and filled up fast, and we went on the weekend.
Think the place inside needs on the window ledges a good clean and cobwebs we spotted.
Tables feel sticky with whatever cleaning stuff they use but are very good at washing the tablets.
We had food, and it was ok. The shrimp batter was so tiny and burnt .
The pinni we had was French stick but was amazing. The monzerlla and meat balls deal with free drinks for two.
Staff is very friendly .
There was a man vaping inside playing bingo, and staff saw him and chatted with a woman but ignored it. That was bad in my eyes..
But overall, it's a lovely site.

Personally I prefer Kiln Park as it has more amenities and is closer to Tenby, but definitely a good site to stay on if you like a tranquil atmosphere and don't mind the facilities it does have closing a bit earlier (e.g. shop is only open 9-5 in the low season)

This was a return visit, having stayed at Lydstep in April 2022. This time we upgraded our booking to a Gold Accommodation with wrap round Balcony and Sea View.. we were allocated Van 389.

1 Found accessing the parking area next to the Van quite tricky which could have been even trickier if the van behind us had been occupied;

2 Cleanliness, overall was good, however, we had to contact Reception as the Patio door Glass had not been cleaned properly since last occupier.
The hand towel rail in the shower room fell off the wall as we hung the hand towel, fortunately I was able to rectify this with my own screwdriver.
The Van did not have an Iron as listed and also brought to the attention of the lady that the under Sink Bin was broken, only to be told Not to worry!

3 The Balcony area in front of the Patio doors was only 9 boards wide compared to others making it insufficiently wide for the table and chairs. In addition the gate was in need of repair.

As this was planned as a relaxing vacation we did not use or visit the on site facilities and kept clear of the on-site restaurant because of our experience in 2022 re the quality of the food available, which reading from this year’s reviews has not been addressed.

On reflection one would expect the housekeeping and maintenance of the accommodation to have been checked and issues identified by possibly a Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor prior to the arrival of guests rather than left to the guests to bring any issues to the attention of the Reception.

We love the location, and hope to return in 2024, when hopefully such issue’s raised have been addressed.

Nice park and facilities. Stunning views and a private beach.
Restricted access to Haven Owners only although there is a public footpath through it but nowhere close to park a vehicle.
You can walk the coastal path from Tenby, South Beach to Lydstep or from Manorbier to Lydstep, amazing views on these walks but you'll need strong footwear and a degree of caution, not suitable for young children.

Our first time at this caravan park and let me stress how much this doesn't disappoint!!! It has it's very own private beach of sand and shingle with crystal clear waters....AMAZING! The staff are all so friendly and extremely helpful and the shop on site is full to the brim with essentials and gifts. For food the Manor House restaurant is generously priced and well worth the food itself and the amount you receive. It's a stone's throw to Tenby town centre and a great time for everybody. If you're looking for something friendly, nicely priced and close to popular sights then this is the place to go!!

Very well maintained grounds and caravans. If you don't prefer self catering at your caravan, the clubhouse runs a bar and restaurant and their food is amazing. Pets are allowed so its a beautiful place to hang out with family and friends.
I personally enjoyed the hike to the cliffs. ( amazing sites from the top)

Where do I Begin? Amazing place, the beach is right on the door step and a big playground for the children, not to mention the first class facilities. Delicious food from the clubhouse. On the grounds there is also convenience shop with fresh baked bread and a gift shop! The park is dog friendly with lots of long coastal walks with your pal.
