The PERFECT spot in Solva. We enjoyed fantastic flavoured Burgers and a lovely atmosphere on the terrace besides the stream. Great place to relax as a family and we could watch the children play and run off their cake on the green space in view just opposite. (N.B. the passion cake was very good)
Thank you for the friendly service and we look forward to coming again

Lovely evening spent in this restaurant unexpectedly bumping into friends from Taunton! Fantastic food and service. Steve the new owner could not have done more for us to make us feel welcome and valued.
Happy to recommend other holiday makers to try this place out we don’t think you would be disappointed !

What a lovely little nugget of the Solva Harbour. A beautiful cosy restaurant with excellent food and service. Such a diversity on offer. Steve tells us that he is a relatively new owner of the restaurant; professional and experienced chefs - we had an amazing lobster dish with salad, rice and chips. It was incredible. Steve took some time to chat with us as did the chefs. Lovely service, great atmosphere and a wonderful location. Dog friendly too.

Highly recommended

We've been going to 35 Mainstreet for about 10 years (current and previous iterations)... Previously only when we came down to stay but now far more regularly having moved into the area.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the food is excellent. We aim for Seafood in various forms: Fresh Crab Salad (when available), Mussels and Chips last time... Previously had sensational Seafood Soup.

Best evening of our holiday!

Great new ownership at 35 since January - Steve, the owner couldn't have bent over backwards more for us! So friendly, kind and accommodating! Food was delicious as always - fish and chips are fab. A really wonderful evening!

I came here whilst walking the coastal path & even came back once I had finished it, as I was given such a warm reception & nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Food was good & a beautiful spot by the harbour!

Amazing food, the staff were so lovely and friendly, the steak sauces were lush, and the vegan curry was delicious. Would definitely come back again, thank you for having us!

Steve and his crew served up a STUNNING Sumday roast dinner. chicken for me, lamb for my wife. nut roast and beef were also available. plate piled high with delicious vege and meat: roast parsnip, potatoes, carrots with mashed sweed, steamed medly of vege including chard cabbage and courgette and a stonking huge Yorkshire pud. the star of the show was an unusual addition that punched through with vibrant flavour it involved a roast or grilled tomatoes and possibly Kimchi?? the grave was also a show stopper. the portions defeated us both, luckily we had our four legged friend to snaffle away any embarrassment of left overs!
bottles of Bluestone Brewery s finest kept me jolly while my wife sampled the tipple from the mayor of St. David's that Steve brought in!!
would recommend highly. honestly 10 out of 10. maybe loose a half a point for no salt and pepper, serviettes brought to table outside. but no loss to be able to eat in the fresh sea air and see the sun sparkling off the estuary.

A real find! Best meal I’ve had in Solva in 40years visiting. A warm & welcoming atmosphere on a blustery day, fantastic welcome & service from Hannah’s partner, best seafood stew I’ve had, delicious garlic bread & really tasty truffle & Parmesan fries. Empty when we arrived it soon filled up & lots of happy diners if all ages around us. Dog friendly too. We’ll be back soon.

😎 wonderful atmosphere~ extensive fish menu plus good selection of other fare. Sadly a lot of our first choice was sold out. Which was very disappointing. We booked in advance a table for 12.... we were made very aware which dishes were allergy friendly, which is a big plus point. Excellent staff. 😎

Lovely little cafe in a pretty little village harbour setting. Very clean, super friendly staff, really good coffee and the American pancakes and bacon were to die for, would love to go more often but its too far from my house. Just went for breakfast so didn't see the rooms but would expect them to be clean and lovely if the cafe is anything to go by. Thanks for your hospitality (will be back for more pancakes).

Just want to wish Steve and all the staff at 35 every success for the future. Popped in for coffee and cake today and were met with a lovely warm welcome.

Wowzers, what a fantastic restaurant.
Situated in the heart of Solva, it is adjacent to the small river which gently trickles into the harbour. There is an lovely outdoor patio area although we chose to dine indoors on account of the sun bearing down on one of the hottest days of the year!
Great menu choices that I should think would suit every taste. Started with the garlic mushrooms, whilst my other half had the breads with dips. For the mains, I had the fish and chips and partner had the battered halloumi. Generous portions, everything cooked to perfection, and must mention the batter as it was so light and crispy. Could only manage a coffee afterwards as we were stuffed!
All the staff were ever so pleasant and welcoming, and as an added bonus, the place is Dog Friendly.
Highly recommended, and well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Exceptionally good! We stopped by for lunch on a very hot, very busy day and these guys were awesome.

Warm welcome, explained a limited menu and took great care of us from beginning to end.

Food was really, really outstanding. Well prepared and presented. Great quality too. And they did brilliant GF options. Inexpensive too.

Running out of superlatives, so get yourselves down there and enjoy.

Just be aware (if you're new to the area) that the restaurant is next to / beyond the pub, so don't get the two mixed up.

Highly recommended!.

Fantastic New Years Day brunch. I choose the buttermilk pancakes with bacon & syrup which were delicious! The atmosphere, staff and quality of food were excellent. Highly recommend but make sure you book.

So good, we’ve booked again for later in the week. Lovely Sunday lunch with the family. Nice atmosphere, dog friendly and food served quicker than many a McDonalds! Well done chaps :)
