What more could you ask for. Wonderful staff, wonderful coffee and food and most of all the view from each window ! By far the best place to sit and relax with refreshments at hand. Sands cafe, keep doing what you're doing.

Finally reopened! After long construction period, this is once again the go-to spot for a hot cocoa or coffee after braving the waters off Newgale Beach. The menu isn’t (yet?) back to full breakfasts, but if you are hankering for something small and (possibly) hot, with a hot drink to go with it - I highly recommend the Sands Cafe.

A wonderful restoration of the original Café! With breathtaking views, whatever the weather, this is a real treat, and a great way to spend the morning or afternoon, whilst watching the waves. Friendly, helpful staff, and a good selection of toasties, baked potatoes and Granola bowl (great start to the day) The Vegan pasty is probably one of the best I have ever eaten!

The coffee is good, and all at a good price. For this view, you really can't get it any better! We will be back! Thanks guys!

cute modern cafe that also fits the rustic seaside charm, amazing staff who are very helpful!! i accidentally spilled my tea everywhere and they redid my bacon bap free of charge and even offered to redo the tea but i declined, they go above and beyond and have a nice energy!!!! also the pricing is very reasonable if not cheaper in comparison to what i thought which is a huge bonus!!

Popped in here absolutely starving and pretty overheated with two big dogs in tow. We'd seen the reviews and thought it was worth a try - it certainly was! The staff were lovely and very welcoming, checking there was enough water for the dogs and making a right fuss of them.

There was a good range of food on offer, from breakfast to salads and sandwiches to heartier offerings like burgers, and with plenty of vegetarian options to choose from too. I went for a spicy beanburger and my other half had a Mexican burger, followed by ice cream shakes (with an absolute tonne of ice cream in them!). The burgers were fab: well presented, with plenty of good quality salad, top-notch salsa and guacamole, and really great chips.

The pricing was reasonable for the size of the portions, the place was clean and tidy and doing a good trade, there's free parking right across the road, and dogs are allowed both inside and out. My only slight criticism would be that there were no parasols on the outdoor tables for shade, but in fairness, we opted to be outside to avoid other dogs, as one of ours isn't keen on small yappy things... All in all, well worth a stop, and won't break the bank. Recommended!

Really friendly cafe with great menu. Open late in the season too! It's right at the North end of the beach. It's just about to have a serious face-lift so will be even better next year!

Super friendly and helpful staff!!! Also the only place we found in Pembrokeshire with ALL DAY breakfast!!! And not only that ...but also delicious breakfast of great variety and generous portions!
Last but not least the café is right on the ocean front - a huge breathtaking beach to take a long walk and digest a delicious meal!

Stopped off for a bite to eat while in newgale. Lovely bacon and brie on granary bread sandwich to take away as I had the dog in my campervan which was situated in their car park. Staff were very nice and polite too 😊

A warm welcome on every day, but can be very busy.
Is my favourite local cafe and breakfast on a Sunday is a great temptation and good value.
Dogs are welcome and they have their own adjacent, small car park.
They are temporarily in limited space within Newsurf shop, while their building is undergoing complete(!) refresh.

A great cafe that serves excellent ice cream. Plenty of seating with a few outdoor tables too. It closes at 17:30 ... What a pity. Would be lovely to sit out and enjoy an ice cream or coffee as the sun sets

Don't be fooled by the slightly tired exterior, this place is a gem. Inside it's driftwood chic, sturdy wooden tables and eclectic selection of chairs. Also dogs welcome, which was kinda handy as otherwise we would have missed out.
The menu is cafe culture with homemade hummus, Welsh rarebit and homemade cakes. We both had the goats cheese stack with a shared side of sweet potato fries.
This is one of many reasons to visit this coastline.

A culinary delight even if the choices were just a few. The outside seating is rewarding with great view of the sea and the Pembroke coast.
You can try to find faults but the truth is that you can feel the home atmosphere.
An inspired stop

Staff are welcoming. The menu is good. Could recommend the Welsh breakfast was to die for. You can sea the sea from the cafe. It's comfortable place to chill to prepare for your adventures
