As an exceptionally nervous patient, Alex and Marta put me at ease with such reassurance, professionalism and gave me great comfort. I have always dreaded my dentist appointments at previous clinics however I will be looking forward to seeing their friendly faces again. Thank you so much Marta and Alex!

Firstly the reception staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. Secondly I have unfortunately undergone many treatments by many dentists over the years so can say without question Tudor Paul is by far the best I have come across in all aspects - I highly recommend him !!!

Very Happy to go to the dentist with Bianka looking after us, she so good, caring, and clever, making sure my husband and I are completely happy and confident before starting. Outstanding customer service. Phoned this morning with extreme toothache already had an extraction booked in for beginning of August but because the pain was unbearable they got me in this morning whipped it straight out job done!
Can't recommend them enough from reception the dentist and tech! Awesome

I’m so impressed with the service. From friendly, helpful receptionists to a very professional dentist (I see Bianca) to a wonderful hygienist (Emily) who always makes me feel so much better after seeing her. I could not be more pleased to attend this clinic. I do have ongoing and significant dental issues and after years of not feeling confident in dental treatments (both NHS and private) I now feel supported and confident in the treatment I’m receiving.

Girls on reception are nice and polite. Dentist Bianca Jinga very professional and kind, she always can find a way to relax even very nervous patients. All of my family going there, never had any problems. Many thanks.

Dentist Dr T Paul completed my treatment plan to a very high standard. He asked if I had any issues on each visit; small adjustments to fillings were completed. The final results excellent. Composite fillings smooth and feel real. Happy with his assistant and receptionists too.

The lovely Cristina and her very kind assistant managed to save one of my molars today, I originally thought it would have to be removed but it looks and feels good as new and I'm so happy with it. Every time I go in they put me at ease and explain everything to me etc and despite the couple of long procedures I've had I feel comfortable because they are patient and as gentle as they can be.

I have now just had my 2nd appointment for two fillings along with some other work with Cristina - she is excellent, walks you through each procedure and checks you are okay with it before proceeding. It was a very painless process and it's great to see transparency with costs as well as deciding together what is the best outcome. To add aswell the lady at reception was very kind and her customer service is excellent.

First appointment today with Bianca Jinga who was very professional/friendly & put me at ease.She introduced herself & her nurse Lauren & explained what she was doing. Very thorough & didn't feel rushed.

Seen on time. The treatment and aftercare was completely explained. The costs were explained. The treatment was painless. The tooth I had removed had been reconstructed elsewhere years ago but had started to fall to piece and was broken below the gum. All of the fragments were removed and checked with an x-ray. 6 hours after the procedure I could hardly tell I had it done. The follow up session to remove the stitches was booked for 3 days later. I am very happy with everything.

It is always a Very positive experience going to My Dentist Mildenhall. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and I rarely have to wait long for my appointment. Bianca is an incredibly friendly and competent dentist always putting you at your ease.
