Bought from this wonderful gallery in a few occasions and each time I’ve been absolutely delighted with the service and communication.
Artwork was packed perfectly and shipped extremely efficiently, and delivered within 24 hours of shipping.

Lovely little gallery which I came across online whilst looking for a particular limited edition print for my sister's birthday. The customer service they offered was unreal - responded promptly to my email enquiry and then had the print framed and ready within a couple of days for me to collect. Such great service and really friendly staff. The picture was carefully packaged and well presented with information about the artist and a thank you note for purchasing. Also as an aside, they were £50 cheaper than my local frame shop so great value. Thoroughly recommend this gallery.

We visited the gallery on Saturday and saw this beautiful Jay Nottingham original. We already had a print we brought on a trip to Scotland and love his work. This painting finishes off our living room perfectly.
I came back on Monday, met with Alfie and he was kind enough to take my money, wrap it up and I gave as a valentine gift to my partner in crime, Julia. 🙏

The staff's profound knowledge of Walton's work added depth to our visit, making Forest Gallery a must-visit for art enthusiasts.

What amazing customer service! I ordered a painting, they were in touch immediately and hand delivered it to me the next day. Friendly and helpful staff. A joy to deal with and I will definitely use them again.

The item ordered arrived less than 24 hours later which is impressive but the service I received prior to receipt was exceptional. Although I ordered via the online store, I received 2 emails from Forest Gallery introducing themselves, thanking me for the business and advising of despatch information. This is not the kind of service seen these days and made a very welcome change knowing the vendor cares. I will certainly be back and will be advising my friends and family to have look (and hopefully buy). Thank you Forest Gallery you are amazing

Perfect as usual, I emailed they reserved the painting for me and I drove down to pick it up. The staff there are amazing so helpful and polite.

As I live in Scotland and could not visit the gallery the staff where very helpful with sending me a video of the art I was interested in. They also sent a lovely personal message with the art I purchased. Thanks for all your help.

I have bought two paintings from Forest Gallery and my experience has been wonderful. I chose the artists from their website and buying them was easy. They shipped the artwork quickly and sent them packed securely but in a way that they were easy to open. I’m very impressed with the Gallery and hope to continue to buy more from them. They have some wonderful artists.

Good choice of items; had exactly what I wanted; happened to have a discount code so even better; Ashley was very helpful so that I could pay by FP so that my wife couldn't hear or see it, and it was despatched and delivered very promptly. Should be a great surprise pressie for my wife. Thank you.

Fabulous gallery, excellent attention to detail and plenty of patience with indecisive customers who are torn between 2 pieces! I've made the right choices every time I've purchased artwork from Forest Gallery. I appreciate the video calls and placement of the pieces with other artwork from my artist of choice. Investing in a large piece of art and shipping overseas might seem daunting - don’t hesitate if working with the team at Forest Gallery. Everything was easy and the piece arrived in perfect condition. I’ll shop at there again and will visit in person when in the UK. Would give them 10 stars if possible.
