I saw a sofa I liked in the clearance sale and rang up to confirm it was available. We decided to travel down from London to collect it that day. We arrived at 5:10 just before closing but the staff were very kind, helped remove the sofa with us and stayed a little late to complete the payment. They were so lovely and we are so chuffed with the sofa!

Suzanne at Sofas&Stuff in Fittlesworth is so helpful. We managed to get the perfect colour and fabric durability for our household and the sofa is beautiful.

Buying our new sofas was a huge decision! We had bought from Sofas and Stuff before and had been so impressed by their furniture that it was a ‘no brainier’ to return. We visited the store many times and had expert and extremely patient guidance and support from Suzanne throughout the process. We could not have wished for a more professional and helpful sales experience. There was absolutely no pressure and the clear message from the sales team was that we should take time to make the correct decision. We appreciated this enormously. The sofas took less time to make than expected and we were kept informed of delivery times at all stages. The quality of the sofas is exceptional and every aspect of the service from the firm - and especially Suzanne - has been impressive; professional, attentive and with the focus firmly on listening to the customer’s needs.

After weeks of searching for the perfect sofa to fit my new home, I found it waiting for me at Sofa's and Stuff! Their showroom is a must to try out different styles, fabrics and cushions. The staff are super helpful in their guidance there was no way I was going to buy such an important investment without thorough 'sit on' research. The sofa arrived before expected and far exceeds my expectations. Fabulous quality and looks stunning and should last for many years to come! Stop searching and go to sofa's and stuff first....everything else will pale in comparison.

I had a fantastic experience with this branch. I was interested in a specific chair which was in the clearance sale. Suzanne was kind and helpful on the telephone and quickly sent me photos of the chair. She then arranged delivery and has always been professional and went out of her way to dela with my request. And I really love the chair! It is comfy and fits the space perfectly.

Our visit on September 6th was a great success.The showroom at Fittleworth was so well set out with plenty of sofas to choose from. How wonderful to actually see and try out the sofas. We met Shirley Williams who was so helpful and offered advice which helped us reach a decision. It did take us 2 hours as there were so many sofas we loved and the choice of fabric was excellent. It was a very pleasant experience with Shirley’s assistance and we were very impressed with her knowledge. We have told all our friends about the quality of the products and the staff.

I am so pleased with my corner sofa it’s exactly the right fit . Suzanne was a great help advising me to choose the correct fabrics. It’s the third sofa I have had from them over the years and they never fail with the quality and after care service . I was kept upto date with the timings of delivery with a text 48 hours before and a text half an hour before it was delivered .

Delighted with my dining room sofa, the third from Sofas and Stuff at Fittleworth. As they are individually made it is important to have an idea, from the website or brochure, about the style and size you want before visiting the showroom where you can choose a fabric from the large and varied collection of designs. That’s the hard part but the rest of the purchase was again very smoothly managed by head of sales Suzanne Musemeci and although the lead time is quite long, about three months, the sofa was delivered on the predicted date.

I saw advert for Sofas & Stuff in a magazine at a time I was looking for a snuggler chair. Never heard of them - liked what I saw on line and decided to visit the Fittleworth Showroom. A delightful location for a showroom with plenty of space to comfortably view and try out all the different styles. Was not chased around the showroom by a salesperson, which was great. When I was ready I approached Sam, the sales lady, as had plenty of questions! Sam was very knowledgeable, easy to chat to, gave sensible ideas and was happy to spend time chatting whilst I made myself comfortable in the snuggler that I was considering purchasing. Due to renovation work, did not place an order immediately. A few months later emailed Sam and arranged to meet with her and review my choice and place order - so easy. Sam provided all necessary information and kept me up to date with delivery information. My snuggler arrived 2 days ago and I have now spent 2 nights cuddled up on it watching TV - it is a very comfy and sturdy chair - not going back to sit on my 'old' sofa! The colour chosen also picks up the pink in my rather in your face wallpaper and looks absolutely fab in the room.
I also made an enquiry, much later into the process, to purchase additional fabric to make extra cushions and this was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and when I changed my mind, there was no issue.

Firstly, the products look great. We've bought a sofa. Only time will tell how it fares as it ages, but there are beautiful designs and they are all hugely comfortable. Secondly the service is superb: expert advice and vast options, the personal touch and no pressure. Thirdly, the pricing is good. So much over-priced rubbish out there that makes the quality here outstanding. Finally, the shop to home period is very quick. Of course, we don't have our sofa yet, but have been told less than 3 months.

A beautiful setting for a showroom with varied, bright and interesting sofas, as well as beds and 'stuff', all hand-made to the highest quality. The choice of fabrics for the sofa coverings is mind blowing, and a really pleasant and knowledgable young man called Tim took my wife and me through the choices he thought were right for us given the colours we told him we liked and the style of the sofas we were interested in. We are going to be sent a selection of samples to our house so we can make our final decision.

I bought the Haggerston Sofa because I just love the style of buttoned design and straight lines. All three velvets are gorgeous but I decided on the "concrete" colourway because it's warm and reflects the light. The sofa took about a week to arrive and I am super pleased - it's actually more impressive in real life than in the picture. Everything went swimmingly with the delivery, the timing and putting the sofa in place.

We absolutely love our sofa and have found the whole process with Sofa & Stuff, from the showroom to ordering and delivery, very efficient and friendly. We spent a while searching for a sofa as we wanted a patterned fabric and Sofa & Stuff are one of the only companies we could find that offer a wide range of patterns. They have some really lovely fabric and if I needed another sofa I would definitely go back to them.

My sofas are amazing . The sales team were really professional. There was no rush and just let you browse until you were ready to discuss . The team were really helpful with design and fabric . Was told about delivery and my sofas arrived on time . Delivery process I was taken back with how smooth and efficient it all was. No waiting in all day. The delivery guys were friendly, clean and tidy. Didn't take them long to put together. Then a follow email two days later from sales .

Ever since Sofas and Stuff started we have bought all our sofas from them and have recommended them to all our friends. The service is friendly helpful and the buying process extremely easy. We have just bought two "Love Seats" the quality is excellent, they are extremely comfortable and they look really beautiful in our home.
