We purchased a sofa-bed EWA II. Everything was as we expected-good quality material and the colours we wanted. The item was delivered within 3 weeks. Would really recommend this trader.

I'm saddened regarding the negative reviews on here. My experience was pleasant. It's apparent it's a smaller company and so they don't have all the luxuries of a huge production, but I ordered a custom material sofa. It came early, the assembly was easy (I did it myself in 20 mins) and it looks great.

Very pleased with VikaFurniture. I was extremely concerned about ordering from this website as never had heard about them. But still decided to make a call as they did have some really good products and were priced very competitively.
Spoke to the owner when I made a call as I needed some samples and he was very very helpful and dispatched me the samples within days. I thInk speaking to the owner and his prompt responses gave me the confidence to to purchase from them.. order.pkaced and paid a deposit through PayPal and re ived the product within the stated timescale.

Only thing is there was no updates on the order on the website but got a response back from the owner everytime I messaged him.

Will happily recommend this seller and product quality is absolutely robust and amazing. Just as we were expecting it.

Would definitely recommend this company. Accessible pricing and decent communication. Ordered a corner sofa and received as described. Thanks again and will order again in the future.

I bought a kids sofa bed rosa from vika furniture . Paid deposit trough the bank and then cash upon delivery. I waited maybe 2 weeks for the sofabed to arrive. Customer service was great as they replied to emails within 24hr. I would recommend.

Almost cancelled my order after seeing the bad reviews on google. I’m glad I didn’t. The customer service was great, delivery was great and the wardrobes and drawers are great quality. Very pleased with them.

The only complain I have is the long wait for the furniture. I was promised that it will be delivered in 4 weeks, but then due to COVID they told me that it will be delayed for 8 more weeks. In retrospect, they offered me another option which would be available a lot sooner, but I declined, as I had an eye on a particular sofa/chair/stool. So I agreed to wait.
Unfortunately, it was Christmas time, plus Covid all in one, and it was delayed again for 6 weeks.
I finally got it and I am happy that I waited.
For the price it is really good quality and pleasing to the eye.

Avoid. Bought a bed for my young child and found out the design of this high sleeper is almost a death trap with the stairs which she nearly fell off as there is no support for the steps to the bed. Material used for the bed is cheap and flimsy, asked for partial refund due to not had all parts were correct or provided. Owner barely speaks English even though they run a business in the UK and Ireland so it makes trying to get through your issue a complete headache and stress inducing. Still nothing from them till this day after waiting about a partial refund after all the waiting and issues I've had. Seems to pocket the money and not care about safety, especially child safety with their products.

Can only give one star, wish it could be less.
This is definitely a scam. I seen then advertised on my Facebook (Irish site) and checked them out. They have an address on their Irish website as based in kilkenny, but when I checked them out its just an apartment block outside the city. One of the phone numbers is an Irish mobile, and the other phone number is an UK one. I came to Google to search for reviews, lo and behold - the exact same company only "registered" in the UK. Avoid avoid avoid - and report report report

Avoid at all cost. Provided faulty corner sofa TWICE then lying that issued refund- never did ongoing claim with Paypal. He does not answer the phones as soon as issues are provided. Avoid at all cost! Unreliable!!

Comme to see the furniture today from London, when arrived have not found the store only homes. Please, avoid this company they are lying and confused people, having no showroom.Do not try to comme on their adress to see the furniture,even if on Google they set up store adress and working hours. Trying to contact them, and receive the excuses as.. Sorry this is our business address...
