I recently bought a Jacobsen AR3 Mower from ESE Groundcare and the after sales service has been superb. Simon has a tremendous in depth knowledge and understanding of the machines he sells coming from his years as an agricultural machinery mechanic and he treats customers as he would like to be treated himself. Nothing is too much trouble and I will have no hesitation in buying from him again. Superb, and it is rare to be able to say that these days!

I bought a Team sprayer from ESE Groundcare Ltd (Simon) a few weeks ago and the experience was so easy. I live in Jersey and this proved not to be a problem for Simon. The sprayer was protected with a large wooden crate and ship to Jersey. When the machine arrive it was better than expected, it was like brand new as Simon had said. ESE Ground care Ltd (Simon) are brilliant I cannot recommend them more highly 10 out of 10.

Bought second hand gator (a little battered and bruised but a good price). Had a few problems shortly after delivery with starter motor. Simon collected repaired (replacing all parts) and redelivered. No cost, no debate, no fuss. Great after sales service on what is quite an old and well used machine.

Simon was polite and quick responding to all my questions and message, they came and fitted my mower to my tractor and made sure all was good. I’d not hesitate using this company again and recommending them, buy with confidence.

We have bought two pieces of equipment from E.S.E Groundcare in the last 12 months. Simon is very good to deal with and we've been extremely pleased with the condition of the equipment and standard of service. Highly recommend using E.S.E. Groundcare.

Simon went to extra mile to make sure that the chipper was right for our tractor before proceeding with the order and arranging delivery. The chipper was demoed on site and barring a small technical hitch was exactly as described and was just what was required. Would definitely use again in the future.

I went to several local dealers close to me looking for a batwing mower, they were all terrible! I travelled the extra distance to ESE and it was well worth it the mower was just as it was described in the listing. I had it delivered and they spent half a day inducting me and connecting it to my tractor. The difference with ESE is they care and more importantly they are agricultural fitters by trade. No point in being a salesman if you can’t back it up with how it works.
