Excellent customer service all the way through, from booking it in, through to collecting. I was kept up to date all through the diagnostic process and they ensured they processed my checking in quickly first thing in the morning due to me having to rush off to work- hugely appreciated! Had a timing belt and water pump change for our Polo. Exemplary service from Neil, Ella and Graham. Received regular updates throughout the job, including a helpful free vehicle health check video, which highlighted an additional belt change that was needed and could be done at minimal cost and with no additional labour charge. The work was finished on time but I couldn’t pick up (and return the courtesy car) until the next morning, which was accommodated with no fuss. The car was valeted and ready to pick up in the morning with no delays or paperwork to sort out. They called when they said they would and followed up on all my queries. Many thanks to the team at Camberley!

5/5 stars. If you are looking for a new car I couldn’t recommend the martins Volkswagen garage more. I went in with no ideas about a car but came out with knowledge about the cars and a lovely new car that a love!! The whole team is so lovely especially emilie who helped me with the process of buying a new car. I had a lovely test drive and all the knowledge about the car passed on to me. Can’t thank them enough.

Having now purchased 4 cars from this Dealership, I cannot stress highly enough how impressed I have been with the Customer Service that I have been given by Luke Hibbert and Chris Barton - quite simply they have supplied exemplary service to both myself, and my husband, who was a new customer to them this year. They both go above and beyond to ensure that their customers feel totally comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of their purchase, whether it be the car, finance, delivery, part-exchange, optional extras etc... and their response to telephone messages and e:mails is always amazingly quick and efficient. At all times they gave us the feeling that nothing was too much trouble to assist us with and they were always polite, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I bought my golf 4 years ago from Martins VW and have had it serviced there ever since. The customer service is always very good, the staff are all friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with the car and the quality of the work here is definitely 5 star.

Martins rang me to book my MOT (part of a service/MOT package) as dates were running out. That was helpful. Check in was easy online and I dropped my keys in the secure express area. My car was returned fully washed and valeted at no extra cost which I appreciate. Overall a great service from Martins. Thank you

After the trauma of that it was great to receive friendly and helpful service over and above expectation where it felt like nothing was too much trouble and very proactive. Service was arranged for in good time before expiry of my old MOT. Arrangements on the day were very good, and work done and price charged were as expected. Paperwork given to me was clear.
