Alex Bales Review - Alex has Kept in touch with me since i did my first Query online, hes been very helpful and very patient from the start even though i was been very picky trying to find the perfect car. Alex answered any questions i had and explained things in detail that i didn't know or understand, anything i asked of him was never a problem. Just had to write a review just how professional this garage is.My partner brought a mustang from this garage and she is so pleased,Alex was superb in every way making the transition quick and easy,I even joke about a free air fresher which we found in the massive bunch of flowers alex sent for my partners birthday.
The most important thing to me is communication and alex phoned every time he said he would.If you are looking a car from this garage do not hesitate.Tony the delivery driver was also polite and a credit to the garage.Once again big thank you to Alex and the team

Great service from Mark Johnson. After seeing a car we liked we started the process of trading in our old car and Mark made the car buying and selling process smooth and very efficient. In general the place itself had a good feel and would definately recommend.

I initially called in to enquire about the ds4. I spoke to Mark and he answered all my questions and also arranged a test drive for me whilst I was there. The garage didn't have the model I wanted in stock, so I left my details. Over the next few days Mark came back to me with various models and offers until he found a deal I was happy with. I found Mark to be honest and professional with a relaxed sales manner, he made suggestions and offered extras without being pushy and allowing me to make my own decisions. I would recommend Croxdale and Mark to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car.

I had looked on the website for days and weeks on end doing my own research on the vehicles, when I finally went to the dealership to look at them Dan was more the helpful answering any questions I had left. He showed me a couple of different cars that I had but on my list and pointed me in the best direction for which to go for giving me all of the information I needed to make a well informed choice. I couldn't be happier with how my experience was with Dan, he was so professional, kind and polite as well as being very accommodating for my young daughter I had with me, making her feel as involved as possible. As a female on my own it can be quite intimidating but I found Alex very welcoming, and put me at ease straight away.
He listened to any concerns I had, and no question was a daft question. Overall extremely pleased with the service i received. I have already recommended Alex to others.

Had a great experience at Croxdale buying my wonderful DS ! From first contact to leaving the forecourt with my lovely car , Alex was very professional but easy to talk to and there was none of the salesman spiel which I had not been looking forward to at all having had bad experiences of feeling pressurised and patronised in the past at other car dealerships . All the paperwork etc is digital and super smooth to complete (bearing in mind I last bought a car from a dealership 20 years ago!). Although it is a used car it looked brand new on collection due to the care they had taken over preparing it. I could not be happier and would totally recommend both Alex , the Croxdale team and DS . Thanks everyone for a great experience !

Bought a car through Croxdale and Steve was the salesman, I can honestly say it's the best experience I've had buying a car. Nothing was to much hassle and the car is outstanding,if your looking for a car pop in and ask for Steve he will look after you.

Superb dealership. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism throughout the transactions, from setting foot inside without an appointment to shaking hands and driving away. Mark needed to be very patient with us as not all necessary paperwork was to hand but we never felt judged or hurried. And the car? A C5 Aircross in immaculate condition in and out. The final handover was quick and smooth. Mark knows what he's doing and is well knowledged. He talked me through all the basic controls, what was set and not set, allowing me to drive home safely. I know I will enjoy learning what else the C5 has to offer. We would recommend Croxdale Service Station Ltd without hesitation.

The sales person was Callum Taylor, he was very obliging and helpful. What I liked about this visit , there was no pressure to purchase there and then.
Callum was very helpful and tried to get a car close to my budget which he did successfully.
