KFC Durham - Thinford Services

This is always been a great KFC far better portions and meat
Compared to Bishop and Durham

Far nicer
You feel your getting a decent value for your money

Was a nice change to drop in to this KFC
Great service, lovely product and good to see a variety of product/price, cheaper menus and a bit more expensive,
Nice food, will be returning when I go past again

Would just like to say this place has improved a lot since I was last here, the young lads that were working we’ve lovely especially kian I believe his name what a lovely young man 10/10 service

I have been to many KFC around the UK and this is by far the best one I have used. The service is fast for once, food is hot and portion sizes are a++. I have been to ones who give you the scraps before. This one doesn't! Cannot recommend this store enough. Thank you. For once I have found a KFC that CAN do fast food!

Slight wait for food but well worth it as food came hot and fresh. Visited twice and have not been let down yet and can say its a kfc you'd want to go to.

I'm not normally a fan of Drive thru's
But even on a busy Saturday afternoon, the queue wasn't too bad.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, so that goes a long way when writing a positive review.
The food was piping hot & they had a plentiful supply of our favourite Sticky Sweet Chilli sauc which really complemented our meal.
All the staff we encountered were wearing face coverings and using hand sanitizer between customers,which is reassuring during these times.
We were able to easily find a free parking space, in which to park up and enjoy our meal.
The carpark was quite large and surprisingly litter free, so someone's doing a great job of litter picking.
Overall a very good customer experience and we will be back again soon.

Excellent service and quality everytime

Food is always dot on and really friendly staff, but alas I have to keep coming back as my order is wrong from the drive through #leogetz 😂 still better than McDonald's, so I'll give 5 🌟

This KFC at Ferryhill is a small drive Thu and eat in restaurant but it has the full usual menu which is always gorgeous , the service is very quick and the staff are friendly and professional , the car parking is limited but not too small, there is wheelchair Access to the restaurant and parking.

Lovely and hot when we got home (not like McDonald's always cold) lovely juicy chicken first time at this KFC wont be last staff friendly and cheerful would recommend

Good service, friendly staff. Sometimes a long wait but thsts only usually because they don't have enough staff, but they are always polite and let you know if there is a wait

Fantastic food as always but they had 5+ ppl waiting in cars around the carpark never seen anything like it they have nothing ready lol.

Served by a very helpful and friendly lady who's name was Judith (I think). I felt very looked after and she provided excellent customer service.

Excellent service and we even got an extra bag of fries, didn't have to wait long.

Chicken tastes good. I usually get the original recipe.
Staff are nice as well.
