VALE VIEW COTTAGES

We have not long returned from a wonderful stay and Vale View Cottages. We had fantastic communication with Spenser before and during our stay, with great recommendations of where to go/eat in the area. The cottage was beautiful, and the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was so cosy and well equipped we couldn’t wait to return at then end of a busy day exploring. There was so much to do in there area and most places were dog friendly. Everything was in walking distance, including a footpath that we could join and the rear of the property. We cant wait to return and will definitely recommend staying, it will exceed your expectations.

The Coach House is a stunning cottage, beautiful, immaculate and every need was thoughtfully catered for. We had a perfect and very comfortable week there and won't hesitate to return. Spencer and Louise were lovely and attentive. 11 out of 10!

The Coach House is an absolutely beautiful property with a safe fully enclosed garden which is fantastic for our little Yorkie. Spencer and Louise are extremely helpful. the property has everything you need and more. the little extra touches are lovely too. we keep coming back here 👏

Amazing little cottage with fabulous secluded garden which was perfect for our chihuahua. The cottage itself is very well equipped, lovely touches (tea, coffee, milk, fruit cake and wine) are greatly appreciated 👍

Yet another great stay at the coach house. Can recommend these cottages for cleanliness, well equipped and home from home. Louise and Spencer are very friendly and always willing to help if needed.

We have now stayed in the Stables for the last three years. Louise and Spencer always make our stay so enjoyable and can't do enough to make us welcome. The cottages are spotlessly clean and in a peaceful location. The cottages are close to the shops in Prestatyn and are ideally situated for discovering North Wales. Amazing family-run cottages. We had a wonderful stay at vale view cottage. Louise and Spencer were very welcoming. The cottage was immaculate, bedding was fresh and had the best nights sleep. Loved the wine and flowers. Would definitely stay there again. We loved Prestatyn it had so much to do there and the surrounding areas.

We would highly recommend Vale Veiw Cottages. We stayed in the Stables cottage, which is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, and has everything in it that you could possible need. Amazing family run cottages, the family are very welcoming and cater for your needs.The cottages are dog friendly and are in a great location for a stroll to the shops, beach or restaurants and a great base to explore North Wales. Loved our stay and will be back next year 😁.

Always my First choice in Wales ... The Hotels make promises they cant keep ... I come to Vale coz i feel Home ... Now thats value for Money.

Perfect. Owners are friendly gave advise on what to do local. Beach ,woods and hill walks all within walking distance . Almost every shop you could want near by supermarkets, take away and restaurants . Cottage is made up lovely heating, log burner on site laundrett, full kitchen. Was perfect for a couples trip would be perfect with the kids too. We will be going again.

Nice place would go again. All the facilities you would need, all nice and clean, secure back yard with dining area. Dogs allowed. Parking provided. Dishwasher with tablets included. Nice bathroom with bath and separate shower area on ground floor and wc on 1st floor. Washing machine at extra cost. WIFI provided and a smart TV in the living room which has mirror cast. Nice people running the cottege. 5 mins walk from an Aldi and fast take aways. It took us 19 mins to walk to the beach. Nice local walks. A good base for exploring N Wales.

Lovely well-appointed accommodation, perfect base for a couple or family, owners are lovely and we felt looked after. We stayed in the The Stables. I highly recommend Vale View Cottages.

Amazing holiday accommodation. We'll equipped, great decor, good location. Comfortable and quiet but close to beaches and facilities. Best self-catering accommodation I have stayed in plus it's dog friendly.

WOW!!! what can I say without crashing the website, Stayed for a week in the Coach House what an amazing experience and immaculate inside and out. Beautiful cottage everything you could want Took a dog walks from back garden (poor thing shattered) So very pretty. 2 mins on foot a supermarket (Aldi) Then 15 minutes walk to a shopping precinct a bit further 5 mins the beach No car needed. Was so busy doing things really wanted a lie in the bed was so comfortable. A hidden gem than you both for allowing us to stay will be back

Fantastic cottages, finished to a very high standard, lovely and clean. Friendly owners and great location, with the high street only a five minute walk and the beach about a twenty minute walk. Had a great time and a very comfortable stay, definitely will be returning!

Wonderful stay with everything we could wish for provided. Lovely and warm and a "home from home". Enjoyed visiting family who live nearby and having them over for meals and went off for visits to the National Trust garden at Bodnant in the Conwy Valley and to Beaumaris in Anglesey.

Vale View Cottages are close to all amenities, shops, banks, post office, GP surgery, cafes and restaurants and yet quiet enough for a relaxing holiday. We spent a week holidaying at The Stables and Simon walks with a stick and has problems with his balance. We could access everything on one level which was ideal and the shower is set up perfectly for him to cope. Will be staying again soon.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Everything about it is perfect - the cottages, the location and the support ( if needed) . Would definitely recommend it

Cozy clean family friendly cable and Wi-Fi, there's a nearby bus stop and grocery stores. Highly recommend.
