We are so impressed by a young staff member called Matty who couldn't do more to help at self service today. My husband is very impatient with these machines due to suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. He made him feel completely at ease. Thank you very much Matty. If we could have tipped you we would have! Merry Christmas

Only went to collect something ordered online. Signage to the 'Click&Collect' desk was poor... Found it at the third time of looking - the sign was obscured by a wall at the exit of the escalator!
Otherwise, the member of staff who helped me was really friendly, helpful and chatty so there was absolutely no issue there!

Cafe busy which is a good sign.. Tables cleaned as customers left.. Really enjoyed my cream tea.. The scones were still warm..

Staff were very polite and helpful, even though I didn't find the item I wanted they directed me to thier website and I can even collect from store

Big shout out to Andrea C and Sue D for there help yesterday March 2nd l took my special needs grandson for lunch who is very demanding with food and was told they finish doing eggs at 11 understandably they are really busy at lunch time when l explained they were more than happy to oblige and were quite happy to pander to his specific needs so thank you ladies very much

Great store with decent food section.

I would like to thank 2 members of staff at prestatyn store for going out of their way to find a certain pasta meal for me. They even checked in the back but unfortunately there was none in stock, but thank you so much for checking and being very kind.

Great shop, easy parking, store clean and staff helpful. Bought quality mens and womens swimwear in sale great value for money. Had lunch in cafeteria, was delcious, small queue, very covid safe. Jacket potato with tuna and sweetcorn with salad and carrot cake, good tea and coffee. Will call again.

Great location and wide selection of goods and food.

This is my local M & S so I go there all the time. Staff are brilliant and cant help you enough. Has a great food hall and cafe. Don't have a wrong word to say. I buy most of my clothes from here but I always seem to miss the sales but I guess that's my own fault. Highly recommended

visited today for a spot of lunch, would like to give a huge thankyou to the ladies on the tills they were so helpful with allegen info for my little girl and went the extra mile. I gave sadly forgotten names but I'm almost certain both began with a 'D' please pass on my thankyous too them both.

Fantastic bra fitting service. The lady was every helpful. In & out of the fitting room with different sizes and style for me to try on. Made sure it fitted correctly and that I was happy with it. I wish I took her name as she was excellent.

Not a bad sized store, there is a cafe upstairs that serves lovely coffee and is reasonably priced...they have soya or oat milk alternatives for those that would like it!
I made appointments for bra measuring for myself, my mum and my teenage daughter...the ladies that do the measurements are always respectful and really helpful in finding the bra that your after for the right fitting! Always book an appointment if your wanting to get measured as it's very busy there most of the time.

Marks and Spencer is a very nice place to visit, the clothes are very nice a bit pricey but good they do a range of sizes up to about a ladies 22, the mens are ok too I not sure about the sizes. The food is very nice you have a good selection of these they also do a Meal for Two which is around £12 you can get 2 Mains 2 Side's and a dessert or a bottle of wine. The staff are very friendly and helpful it's wheelchair accessible overall service is very good, a good place to visit.

Good food hall in M and S good selection and sometimes the odd bargain

Excellent choice of clothes and good value on it's sales racks. The cafe serves tasty coffee, but you have to ask for a biscuit, otherwise they will not give you one - which I found rather odd!!

Really Friendly and helpful staff. Well laid out store with a smaller range than bigger stores but great selection anyway.

I think the staff especially management in the food hall are excellent. My christmas bread order was saved and ready for pick up from baker 'Will' as promised. Reliability is key and I've not been let down yet by them.

First time at this store. Well laid out, easy to find items of clothing. Good changing area, clean and tidy toilets. Friendly and efficient service from the staff. Definitely making a return visit.

My husband was looking for some size 8 black leather chelsea boots with a bit of a heel for his birthday. The ladies section yielded exactly what he was after and we were served by the staff without any raised eyebrows, bother or fuss. First rate.
