Awesome chips plus a nice fish and sausage!
This was the one chippy we could find open on a Wednesday lunchtime and we weren’t disappointed 👍

lovely food. fish and chips was spot on. staff member was very quiet. but too many chips on the tray. had to throw a lot and i dont like throwing food away

Excellent fish and chips available to eat in or takeaway all day long. Our favourite is to eat them by the beach. Seagulls are curious but not bad mannered. They keep their distance.

Best chips I've had for a long time ! Mushy peas were perfect and not like thin green paint like nowadays.

Great food and reasonably priced. Every visit to Prestatyn will be a visit to this chip shop for us. Large peas will do 4 ppl so beware.

Traditional fish and chips...
Beautifully fried both fish and chips with old school mushy peas...
One standard portion will fill two people... the best fish and chips I think I've had in North Wales in over 30 years...

I frequently visit Karl's chippie and enjoy the fish and chips.
Unfortunately, they do own and use a microwave to heat the pies which is in my mind a sin.

All this type of heating does is turn what should be a pie crust into pie mush. "BlYDI HEL"".
A commercial Air fryer would not cost much but would heat the pies so we could enjoy wholesome pie crusts.
May earn 5 stars to get this right.

Called in here today with our twin granddaughters. The owners/staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious.

Went there recently was very nice found a little bit expensive but worth it for a treat and the fish & chips shop has been in the same family for 64 years.

Really nice fish and chip shop with eat in. Nice and clean and very friendly staff. I had the small special which came with tea and bread and butter. I recommend.

Great staff, excellent food, if anything their portions are too big, will order one portion of chips with two fish next time.

We called in at Karl's fish and chips today and have to say that there is a reason it's number 1 on TripAdvisor!! Had a fantastic haddock and chips with mushy peas and couldn't have received a friendlier service 👍👍

Karl's fish & chips is a little gem. We drove from Presthaven Caravan Park and went for fish and chips here. Nice price and nice food!
